The certification requires deep clean - every nook and cranny. Mine is full of dog hair and and gross in every nook and cranny. Hopefully that was the only thing overlooked - even after I asked them to deep clean it before I decided to buy it. Read over what the certification requires and make sure everything was actually completed - not just the check marks in the complete box. More
