Nick excels in customer service where others fall short! I was searching for my next vehicle on Cargurus.com when I came across what is now my 2015 Ford Focus SE, which was being sold at Yark Toyota of Maume I was searching for my next vehicle on Cargurus.com when I came across what is now my 2015 Ford Focus SE, which was being sold at Yark Toyota of Maumee, OH (I live 3 hours away in Northern KY). I submitted an email through the site and was called back within about 5 to 10 minutes by Naomi at the dealership, and I was eventually connected to Nick Carmony, who was very friendly and worked with me just like he were my friend! Now I'm NOT talking sleazy used car dealer; This guy is TRULY GENUINE and an all around good/nice guy! I never once felt rushed, talked down to, or like I wasn't important during my entire experience with Nick, or with anyone from Yark Toyota for that matter. They patiently and kindly answered my questions, and they were all up-front and more than willing to give me information on the Focus I was interested in, and I really felt like my questions and needs were addressed and taken care of. I had rented a car to drive the 3 hours up to the Toledo/Maumee area, so when it came time to drop off my rental after signing for my new car, Nick picked me up from the rental company/airport drop-off and took me back to the dealership so I could get my car to drive it back home. Not only that, he gave me all the time I needed and wanted to have with my new car before buying, and just everyone at the dealership was super helpful. This is my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership, and this has by FAR been my best experience so far. These guys GET it! 5-stars for Yark Toyota; I am more than thrilled about my experience and my now new (to me) Ford Focus. Thanks again, Nick and company! Y'all rock! Kyle More

No issues with work that was done. Thorough, informative, friendly staff. Service took a bit longer than expected. Said they were short of staff that day. Appreciated clean waiting area and restroom. Only discomfort was in listening to another customer in waiting area making loud and rude comments about a news program on the television. No where to go if you do not want to listen to the television. More

Called ahead to let them know I was going to be 15 minutes late The receptionist told me I would probably have to reschedule When I voiced my disappointment she transferred me to service & they told me they would work me in since the delay was out of my control due to accident on the road. They told me after oil change that I needed front end alignment because of pot holes I said to go ahead with it. They told me it would be another hour The truck was done in about 1/2 hour & when I went to get my truck they never washed it. My truck was so dirty. I never have gone to a dealership where they did not wash my vehicle after a oil change was done & they had my vehicle for 2 hours !!! More
