Best expeirance buying a truck, after a long day of going to all the wrong places I ended up at Yates and I was impressed from the minute i met our salesman and together we worked a deal with no pressure. Bought a new truck from this dealer, got the usual treatment during the purchase, I noted that the truck had a minor problem that needed to be addressed during the sale, so they said no problem bring treatment during the purchase, I noted that the truck had a minor problem that needed to be addressed during the sale, so they said no problem bring it back in and the service department with take care of it. Well I have had the truck to their service department on three separate occasions and on each occasion the service advisor has arrogant and condescending, demonstrating that this dealership cares nothing about their customers beyond the sale and to make matter even worse – the vehicle is still not fixed, in fact they have not even tried to fix it, they just call me to pick it up but the defect is still present… and when I point that out they act like they are shocked and tell me I will need another appointment. More

Dealer was selected from a list of internet sales managers. Costco uses Yates as their dealer for new car purchase program. I called Michael and we set up an appointment. My wife and I knew what we managers. Costco uses Yates as their dealer for new car purchase program. I called Michael and we set up an appointment. My wife and I knew what we wanted and Michael worked with us to find a car with most of the equipment we wanted. Yates does not carry a lot of inventory, but has the ability to trade cars with other dealerships. The overall experience was professional and really no hassle. They had the car ready to go on the day we picked it up, spent plenty of time with us to set up On Star, XM Sirius radio and learn how to use all the features on the car. Carl March More

Yates Pontiac GMC Truck is the the worst company I have ever seen. I wont go back in a million years. I called to get my truck in to diagnose the air conditioning problem. It was blowing cool but not cold. ever seen. I wont go back in a million years. I called to get my truck in to diagnose the air conditioning problem. It was blowing cool but not cold. They gave me a quote of $119 for the diagnosis. They took it back and 2 hours later came and told me they couldn't diagnose it unless they do some work to it first which was another $300 dollars. I told him no bring my truck to me I would do it myself. He then said they had $122 dollars worth of work into it. I told him bring my truck then he said they have it vacuumed so they can't put freon in it. I told him to put back what he took out. They brought my truck and I left. As soon as I left it was blowing hot air like the heater was on. Also it was making a hissing noise in the dash every time the compressor would kick on. I called and they said bring it back. I took it right back and he said my orifice tube was plugged. This company is very corrupt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! While waiting I overheard them tell a lady with a fairly new van that her brakes wer out. She had brought it in for a oil change and they had found the brakes to be bad. They said she needed calipers, rotors, and pads. The total they gave her was $1,321. I could not believe what I heard. This company is horrible stay away from them. More
After making the deal we had to sit around for over an hour to sign papers because the finance guy was tied up with another couple. We were to pick up the vehicle the following day. It wasn't delivered and we had to wait an additional day. We didn't find out the "gas mileage" and "miles left to empty" displays are not provided on our vehiclet until we picked it up. I assmumed it would be included because it has "oil life" and "low air pressure" displays. KC didn't even know until he tried to bring it up on the display. Even my 2006 Explorer and my wife's 2008 Hyundai has that feature. Pretty sad that GMC requries and upgrade to get that simple feature. None of this was KC's fault. He was great. More
Absolutely no high pressure; very important to me. The salesman was knowledgeable, and the business manager was efficient and pleasant to deal with.
