I was searching for a particular 2011 Buick Enclave. My requirements were quite extensive. I looked for at least a dozen dealers in and around Phoenix. I also did extensive research and searching online. N requirements were quite extensive. I looked for at least a dozen dealers in and around Phoenix. I also did extensive research and searching online. Noone in Phoenix had the typeof car that I was interested in. I had several dealerships searching for me. All of the dealers abandoned my business except for Yates. I finally found Yates and Jeremiah who met my needs. I was very pleased in the manner in which Yates and Jeremiah went about to meet my very tough needs and requirements. I felt that I would not be able to get what I had planned out to obtain due to the price, timing and features that I needed in the Buick Enclave. Michael kept looking and working with me to meet my needs, where others abandoned me in my search. I must say that my expectations were exceeded at Yates and particularly with the level of care and support that I got from Both Jeremiah and his associate Michael. I found Michael especially focused on my needs even whilst he was travelling back and forth to the hospital with the delivery of their second child. Michael was also supporting a bad back which he had injured playing with his young child. I was very impressed. I was concered for Michaels health and advised him that he should focus less on my "wants and needs" and go take care of his back and his family. Michaels Wife was due for delivery on April 5. I had Michael running around to get my needs taken care on as late as the afternoon on April/4. I would sincerly wish to thank Michael for his concern of a customer and was very impressed with all that he and Jeremiah did to do the impossible for me. Thank You Michael. Thank You Jeremiah and Thank You Yates for the type of culture you have at your dealership. I was also very surprised that the dealership was very trusting and were able to release the car to me without all of my funds being received in their bank account from my bank. I wish Yates all the success. In closing, I will request that the reviewers of this feedback, request from Yates the difficult task that I laid upon them for getting for me the extensive specification that I wanted the car to have. The Yates service department has always been excellent to work with. When we had hard to diagnose problems on our previous cars, they made time to ride along with me to hear/feel/see what I was experiencing work with. Dropped the car off a little after 4PM for oil change and brake fluid flush - done by 5:30 and the car looked better coming out than going in. The price was competitive with any quick-lube place and the service and quality of work/employees is far better. More

We were looking for a Buick Lacrosse in a specific color with specific options and Brad spent a lot of time researching to find us exactly th needs. He was very helpful explaining the car and all its features and we very much appreciated the fact that he let us take the vehicle out for a test drive by ourselves, it gave us an opportunity to drive it on both the freeway & side streets, and discuss amongst oursleves what we thought about the drive. It helped us make our decision to go from the Cadillac to the Buick. While we were waiting for the car to be delivered, Brad had to take emergency leave, he made sure to pass all our information to another salesman John, in case we had any further questions. John was also very helpful, making sure our vehicle was all set and ready to go. He even went out of his way to come to our home and help us set up our garage/car remote. Brad was an outstanding salesman, John really stepped up to the plate to assist us. All the people we came in contact with at Yates were very customer friendly and I would definately recommend Yates to friends & family. More

I was disgruntled with previous service that I had at Yates. Joe Bohlman reassured me that my experience would be a good one and did everything in his power to help me out.
