terrible customer service The transmission went out in my 2015 Chrysler. they had my car for 5 weeks without ever contacting me or keeping me updated like I asked. When I finally received my car back there were scratches on it that were not there when I took it in. After calling the dealership several times to have them take care of the scratches they werent returning my calls and finally after visiting the dealership, they finally agreed to buff the scratches and after having my car for three hours, the scratches were still there and I was told a simple "sorry" instead of them taking responsibility and doing whatever it took to make things right. This is only a brief explanation of the downright awful customer service I've experienced with Yemm. More

Our cars are routinely serviced by their service department and we are always treated courteously and fairly. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised that I am considered a member in their "Preferred Owner Program." I was not aware of this program, but discovered I had accumulated a large amount of money in my account. My services for that day were free after applying the rewards I had earned through this program. Additionally, I still have a sizeable amount of money left in my account that I will be able to apply to future services! Who doesn't love getting something for FREE.99?!! Gotta love Yemm Auto!!! More
