The service department is not very streamlined when it comes to making arrangements for having my vehicle serviced and even less when trying to pay for it. When my truck was done last week my wife was contacted to pay for it even though I made the appointment. But every time she has had her car in for service for some reason I am contacted when it's finished even though she made the appointment. She has had difficulty in the past when paying for the service. It always seems like it's their first day of business when they have been doing this for decades. More
