I purchased a 2022 Genesis GV70 from this dealership. they added $1,000 more just because I didn’t finance, which was never in the listing. The listing photos looked okay, but when I saw it in perso they added $1,000 more just because I didn’t finance, which was never in the listing. The listing photos looked okay, but when I saw it in person there was water inside the headlight and the car had two accident reports. Despite that, I moved forward because the salesman (Paul) promised me a warranty on everything for a couple of months (besides minor scratches). Before purchase, I took it for inspection and was told the accident side had issues: the left tire gap was off and the headlight needed replacement. Also the next few days noticed a coolant leak. Paul told me to come back the following Tuesday and everything would be fixed. I traveled back — only to be told there was “no mechanic.” When I expressed frustration at the wasted trip and canceled work, Paul became extremely nasty, swearing at me and calling me a liar. I then dealt with the owner, Mingo, who kept me waiting for over 2 hours, 8 hours total at their mechanic shop . They tried to repair the headlight (a $3,000 part at the dealer) but only made it worse until it stopped working completely. When I asked them to honor their promise, they suddenly changed their story — saying they only warranty “engine and transmission.” Both Paul and Mingo were verbally abusive and refused to take responsibility. Instead, they insisted they’d replace the damaged headlight with the cheapest $200 used one off eBay with no photos or guarantee. That was the final straw — I decided not to let them touch my car again. I will repair everything myself at my own expense, because it’s not worth dealing with dishonest, unethical people who lie and deceive customers. 🚫 Be very careful buying here. The communication was terrible, promises were broken, and I experienced verbal abuse from both a salesman and the owner. If you’re considering this dealership, protect yourself — get everything in writing, and think twice before trusting their “warranty” claims. More
This place is a joke. The will not deal with anyone out of state at all. I called and they said they would text me to go over any questions I had. They never got ahold of me. The only way to get them to answer an out of state call, is to block your number. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! More
Literally no one answered me, ive emailed about a few cars and no one ever got back to me.
