I would give zero stars if I could! This dealership is awful…very dishonest and misleading. I have attached the text messages that I had with someone at the dealership. This does not include our time on the phone when I was told that there was a soft credit check ran and that 4 finance companies was willing to accept us for financing. I asked to have a hard pull credit check done before I came in which I know can be done, I explained that I would not have a down payment and I had to drive 80 miles each way and that I did not want to do so for nothing and was assured it would be a positive outcome. We were not approved, we were asked to give a down payment of $3,000-$4,000….they are liars and I do not recommend this place, they do not try very hard to help at all, we were there less than 30 minutes and the salesman was gone maybe 10 “trying” to get us approved! They are definitely not what they say they are! Please do not make the same mistake we did! More

Do not buy from them as they charge a markup of 5000 on new Chevy Sparks we’re u can buy cheaper at other lots!! I figured being a former customer they would have waived that and instead they wouldn’t!! So new Chevy Sparks we’re u can buy cheaper at other lots!! It’s worth the drive to get one instead of paying a ridiculous 5000 up charge on a car that will depreciate bad and then u will always be upside down on a Loan!!! Don’t be stupid!! Glad I’m not!! The staff has an undeserved aire about them. I got my car towed to get looked at for an oil pump. I was told wednesday, which was a week later. They said they could have diagnosed it and started working on it monday. Ive also had a bad experience when trying to buy the car i was getting fixed. I took my 60000 preapproved loan and got laughed at until i mentioned my preapproved loan. The whole staff is stuck up. Even the owner keith. He drives around in the dealerships new corvettes racking up miles before he sales it to some rich xxxxxx lol. Cruising around in a sports car going 5 under the speed limit. More
