I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma from Yonkers Auto gallery in mid July of 2024. The contact to contract was exceptional, the service after the sale has been anything but exceptional. Less than 24 hrs after I purchased truck the Air Conditioning broke on the drive back to VA. I contacted the sales rep Tim Guzman and didn't hear back for 48hrs after informed him of the issue. After several text exchanges Tim informed me the sales manager Yousef Mirah had given the ok to get the repairs done and email the receipt which was also done, Tim informed me I would be reimbursed within a few days. This was back in July On Sept 20th Mr Mirah text me that the check would be mailed out Mon the 23 Sept. This ordeal is going on five months and I have not received my money and minimal use to my truck. I now have been "ghosted" for almost a week with no update or check.. At the time I put the repairs on a credit card since I was told the reimbursement would be within days, I have since acquired interest and it is now a financial burden I did not expect. Furthermore I was unable to drive the truck for 6 weeks with it being in the repair shop and your dealership registering the vehicle 6 weeks after I purchased it which caused my temp plates to lapse. I kept asking for another temp plates from your dealer but the finance manger Stephen and sales manager Yousef both ignored and gave me false updates on my plates, this caused me to park the truck to ensure I stayed within the laws of VA. Per NY lemon Law guidlines that if the vehicle when sold is within 18,001- 36,000 miles or 90 day 4,000 miles on used cars which I am well within the scope of the law, your dealer is responsible for the repairs, Five months later they have sent me a check that was over $500 short of repair costs. After looking into the taxes they also owe me for that of about $721. Both Stephen and Yusef have ghosted me. More

We called multiple times to confirm the price, put in a credit application, and talk financing. We were told they couldn’t discuss financing details, but we were approved. We were told the price was 24,775 out the door. They would give us an in transit tag and we’d handle the tax and tags in our state. We decided to drive the 4 hours, which they were aware of. 10 minutes from our arrival we see the listing had been upped to 31,050. When we arrive we say nothing about the change in listing and check out the car. The car was not in great condition. We confirmed yet again the price with the sales rep and she said 24,775. We were willing to pay this. We went in to discuss the details of the financing and they told us they had a 3000 pre inspection fee, plus additional fees (we didn’t catch the name of). The sales rep sat on her phone during the talk. Very unprofessional. The manager came over. We said we talked to somebody on the phone and she told us it was 24,775 out the door. They said “well she’s just the secretary”. I let them know they shouldn’t be putting her on the phones to handle these things. They then said that 31,050 was the accurate price and that it was a “typo” after we spoke to multiple people on the phone who confirmed the price along with the vin number when we filled out our credit application. Then it was that they were confused with another vehicle. We watched this vehicle for over a month. Crooks! 10/14/2024 after my review they commented saying they hoped they’d earn my trust back but have offered no resolution. More

Never ever have I found a place that would not except cash money for something that they are selling. Was told that it was company policy that they don't except cash and only way to get a car from them i cash money for something that they are selling.
