Hi Emel McDowell. Hope all is well. We went back to the the day you were here for the 2020 Nissan Altima. The Altima was online for $16,495.00 when you had came in. We have Z E R O dealer fees. We only charge NYS Doc and DMV Fees. Nothing else. We offer products that are totally optional. You refused to take the products so therefore, we discounted the vehicle to the price that was without any products. We couldn't come to an agreement on a final number because you wanted to go below the listed price. Unfortunately, Law does not state that we have to sell BELOW the advertised price. Therefore, we couldn't come up with a deal. Its very unfortunate that we couldn't work out something and hope to see a deal come through soon enough that works in your budget. Thanks, Management

We have no dealer fees. We offer products. Not Fees. We do not mandate any fees whatsoever, never have and never will. There are no fees. Once more, If you had an Pre-Approval offer via Capital One and or any other vendor, that does not guarantee the pricing as it states in the disclosure, and it does not guarantee the rate. I have the physical print out that I had with me and my request was sent through Capital One who also retained the records which list the price and it was not what you've stated. The dealership does have fees or better yet illegal mandatory add on's ( for example lo jack and the vehicle care package) which are all illegal so you may want to consider what you write. As it is not true and shows that your deceptive practices are intentional.
