The ladies were helpful however my service took 4 hours while it should’ve been less than 1 hour. AND all the men in the place DID NOT WHERE MASKS. I had to wait outside in the freezing cold. There were signs all over and the men did not wear it. The showroom had the same issue and the bigger waiting room also had the same issue. The guy at the door had no mask. What kind of place does this??? More

Wear your xxxx masks. This is not something that should be said, yet sadly, here we are. It is incredible that so many people on the floor refused to mask up, exposing their masked co-workers and customers be said, yet sadly, here we are. I requested that they put on their masks which they did, but when I say down they took them right off again, shuffling to put them back on like school children cutting the rules when I happened to turn around at one point. Darlyn was friendly. Made me feel comfortable and was very transparent with me about the price. Told her it was out of my budget but she was able to help me get my car serviced at a more affordable price very transparent with me about the price. I am taking care of like I was in a family or long time friends home. Including the outstanding service from the entire company.
