The wait time was reasonable, and the care was way above the average. Which is why I go to Springfield Kia. More
I received a call from Ryan who is my service advisor who stepped up to the plate to assist me with my door lock and also arranged for a cooling system flush. I took my KIA Sportage in to have my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed. I also was experiencing an issue with my rear door lock that wouldn’t open from the inside or outside and my air conditio transmission fluid flushed. I also was experiencing an issue with my rear door lock that wouldn’t open from the inside or outside and my air conditioner looked at. I met with Ryan Rush who was my service advisor who informed me that the door lock was covered by a 10 year unlimited warranty and he had the crew look for the leak in the air conditioner. Ryan & his Service Manager were really great to work with as were the guys in the shop. This is an Excellent Dealership to work with. You can trust them with the work they do and they’re honest! More

The guy I dealt with Kyle after asking him why it took too long for an oil change started clapping hands as he was talking to me. I asked him to stop clapping his hands. Shame on this shop and the manager who first came from Nissan shame on you for not seeing me as a customer or in need of an apology, you should be taken back and be trained on how to be less microaggressive. The service guy was talking clapping hands on me. Why? Why did an oil change take 3 hours+? Why did all the people who came behind me leave before me? Why do you give appointments if you have a criteria of who goes first? Why did the manager talk down on me and not see 3 hours + is a long time to be waiting for an oil change? I know I did not meet the color criteria, and I hope 1000d of people see this review. I got my paperwork at 1645. 4 hours after I got there for an oil change. The lady who gave me the paperwork??? I got into my car, and my things from the glove box some were on my floor. I had asked to be checked for the breaks because I could hear a scratching noise on one of my rotors, but that was not done, and now the scratch is louder. When I took my car, there was a gathering of people just staring at me like I had committed a crime. I'm taking my car to an independent mechanic to tell me if the service claimed was even done. I don't know if anything was done at all. Update, I got a call from a Macy who told me I should put my race card in the pocket and accused me of being angry, and she actually tried to say I caused distress to people there. I can raise my bible and say this is not true because the last manager I spoke too did not witness me being angry, and he apologised. One of the customer said I'm too patient because if it was them, they would have caused a mayhem. Macy told me we will never service your car here ever again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Call security on me if you see my car there. I believe these premises have cameras, and I would like them to pull one and post it online, showing an angry black woman. I want them to do this because the truth shall set us free. Tell the truth Kyle and Macy stop being cowards. More
Brought in my Kia Sportage in to have a new windshield wiper arm and blade on my vehicle. While I was there Brad Duggins wasn't there so I spoke with Kayleigh about my front high beam headlight that was o wiper arm and blade on my vehicle. While I was there Brad Duggins wasn't there so I spoke with Kayleigh about my front high beam headlight that was out. It was replaced less than 12 days ago. Kayleigh met with me in the dealership waiting area and explained that the sensor connector was burt out and to have a new harness would run $900.00. She made a recommendation that did infact work and the light is good as new. Again, this is why I bring my vehicle to Youngblood Kia (Springfield KIA) to have all my service work done. BECAUSE THEIR HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY!! Thank You Kayleigh! You are awesome. More

Kayleigh, my service advisor, was super friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment as I was in town for the day. I travel over two hours to the dealership for my vehicle to be serviced. It is d helpful. I did not have an appointment as I was in town for the day. I travel over two hours to the dealership for my vehicle to be serviced. It is difficult for me to make an appointment as I have a very demanding job. There have been times I need an oil change within 45 days as I have already put over 5000 miles on my vehicle. I do not want to go over the mileage and effect my warranty. Thank you Kayleigh for being so considerate of my showing up without an appointment, you're the best! More
