Making their effective Shop rate around, 900.00 per hour, seriously, folks that’s a fact, for the time involved. Your power train warranty is not 5 years from purchase of a new car, it’s 5 years exactly from the time it rolls off the line, or as they say “first use” . if they start it up to load on the truck YOUR warranty starts right then, not if you purchase it new 9 months later. You then have a 4yr 3 month power train warranty, even if you have 20k miles on it. You should know this. Buyer be ware, I again, Strongly suggest you check any service center for the same repair, on your not covered warranty problems with new Toyotas. You will be ripped off by this dealership service center. Don’t say you haven’t been told. More
