As usual, I was able to schedule my appointment when it was convenient for me. And, as usual, my contacts with all employees was pleasant and positive. Received a card on Friday from Younger giving the lease rates on several new cars. My husband and I already had a lease and only had a few more months until it was to expire. So we decided to check to see rates on several new cars. My husband and I already had a lease and only had a few more months until it was to expire. So we decided to check to see what Toyoto had to offer. The saleman, Paul Foltz, that met us when we arrived was very pleasant to talk to and he showed us several cars according to make and color of our choosing. There was no high pressure to buy anything, which we really liked. Other dealerships want to keep you and try every trick to get you to purchase from them. I'm thankful that Paul wasn't that way. We felt if we wanted to walk without buying we could have. And for the finance dept. Working with Paulina Ahrens was a pleasant experience also. I couldn't believe from start to finish we were out of there in just a few hours and got a car that we are extremly happy with. It was a pleasant transaction all the way. Thank you Younger. Made an appointment for service due to a grinding noise and a whistling noise. Grinding noise was found to be a bad water pump and was replaced with no problems. Was given a cost for the service and it was performed in the time indicated. My problem was with the whistling noise. I had a recall service performed 2 months ago that Scion recommends. This recall when done improperly creates a whistling sound when the vehicle is accelerating. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to this whistling problem and I was told there is nothing that can be done for the issue. A quick google search shows that this is a common problem when the recall install is done improperly. Younger still has my business but I will be calling Scion to get the whistling sound resolved. More

We had bought a Toyota Matrix for our daughter about two and a half years ago and she has been very happy with the car. We have no reason to doubt the Camry we purchased will be a reliable car as well. We look forward to dealing with Younger again as we have another daughter who will be driving in a couple of years.
