I took my truck to Younger because my chrome on the truck was tarnished. I bought the truck from Younger with the chrome already on the truck but they would not do anything for me. They said it could not b was tarnished. I bought the truck from Younger with the chrome already on the truck but they would not do anything for me. They said it could not be covered under my warranty because it was an aftermarket product. If it is an aftermarket product why was it on the truck when I purchased the vehicle. If I have a bumper to bumper waranty shouldn't everything be covered? The only option they gave me was that they would take the chrome of and charge me for the maintanence. I don't understand why I should have to pay for something that I paid extra money for in the first place. Usually I have had exceptional service at Younger but I was very disappointed this time. More

While the service was great I left feeling a little disappointed that I wasn't called sooner to come get my truck. I was told that the truck was done for quite sometime but wasn't called due to how bu disappointed that I wasn't called sooner to come get my truck. This caused me to delay plans I had because I was under the impression that my truck was still being worked on. I then decided to return to the dealer because it was nearly COB to find out it had been done for several hours. Other than this I feel the price done for the quality of work is hard to beat and will continue my business with Younger. More
I am very please withTeresa Harbaugh, she took me immediately, very friendly and little wait time. Even I only got an oil changes and tire rotation, their quality of work is alway superior. Good overall experience with the service end of dealership. All work was clearly explained and preformed as requested. I have been a loyal Younger Toyota customer since 1981. I have purchased 10 Toyota trucks in that time. I have always done my own servive on my trucks, but when I purchased this last truck I now have free oi have purchased 10 Toyota trucks in that time. I have always done my own servive on my trucks, but when I purchased this last truck I now have free oil change service. The service is very good. This time I was charged $34 in labor to put air filters on my truck. It usually only takes me minutes to replace them when I do it myself. I think I will go back to doing my own service. I am very happy with the service people and the work they do, but the price seems high for me. More
THere was a FRiendly Atmosphere at my arrival. THe Add-On took less time than promised...I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of work done in an efficient and timely manner. First I want to say that I love the Prius. Now, the process of buying the vehicle, eh. I had a LOT of questions about the car, but I couldn't get direct answers. I would expect all salesmen would be quick to answer, what I would think are common questions across most Toyota vehicles. I had to do quite a bit on online research to answer my questions. Also, there was absolutely no negotiating - not even for the bluetooth add-on. (BTW, the bluetooth functionality is bad. The person on the other end can not hear the driver hardly at all, unless the driver is yelling.) Talking about the bluetooth, I was told it would take 3 hours to put in and the mechanic started at 10. It wasn't complete until after 5pm. My wife and I had to wait more than double the time quoted to take the car. Essentially, it was an all-day process to purchase the car. VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
