I was very pleased with my visit to Younger. The check engine light had gone on as I was driving in the area, so I showed up without an appointment late in the afternoon. They fit me in, checked it out, and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a fault in the gas cap, and they took care of it at no charge to me. Everyone that we worked with were very patient with us until we made our big decision. Rob new his vehicles and could answer all our questions. Mark is a good sales manager. Wonderful buying experience. The process was quick and easy and I got exactly what I wanted! I have been wanting a Toyota Tacoma for a few years. Last year I tried to purchase a new white Toyota Tacoma from a dealership in Virginia, but ended up buying a Nissan Frontier instead because I got a bette year I tried to purchase a new white Toyota Tacoma from a dealership in Virginia, but ended up buying a Nissan Frontier instead because I got a better deal. I regretted that purchase almost instantly, but decided to stay with the Frontier for 3 years. However, the more I drove the Frontier the more I didn't like it. So I went back to the Toyota dealership in Virginia to see what kind of deal the would give me. They were not willing to give me a good deal. Out of frustration I drove to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown where I met Mr William Martin. I was impressed with Mr. Martins knowledge with the Tacoma and professionalism. Since they did not have the Tacoma in stock in the color I wanted, Mr. Martin found one at another dealership and had it delivered for me while I waited. Plus, I feel they gave me a good deal. Never before have I bought a vehicle in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. Thank you Mr. Martin and Younger Toyota. PS: The hot dogs in the waiting room are a terrific idea. More

Jason was quite friendly and eager to help when I scheduled my appt and dropped off my vehicle for recall repairs. He instructed me to wait in the waiting area for the shuttle vehicle to get there an scheduled my appt and dropped off my vehicle for recall repairs. After about 10-15 minutes I noticed the Shuttle van preparing to depart with another customer and had to go ask them if I could get a ride. Also, Jason was supposed to call me by noon to tell me my vehicle was ready and to arrange for the shuttle to come back to pick me up. I hadn't received a call by 1pm so I called to check and was told by another Toyota representative that Jason had called and left a message for me at 11:30....I have still not received that message. This was my first service experience with Younger Toyota with my current vehicle and it really wasn't a great experience. I like the way the service area is setup and the fact that there is shuttle service available so I will probably try it again but if that experience is like this one, it will be my last visit. More
