Took a 2010 Prius in for a detail/cleaning. The dealership was nice enough to send me a coupon at the one year anniversary of my purchase, so thought I would take advantage of it. I don't know wha dealership was nice enough to send me a coupon at the one year anniversary of my purchase, so thought I would take advantage of it. I don't know what other places charge to do a detail job, so not sure if it's a good deal or not, but the coupon said that the regular price was 129 and the special price for me was 69. Was told that they would have it done in 3 or 4 hours, but it took about 4.5 hours. I had a good book, and they have a nice waiting area so I didn't mind waiting--although the wifi wasn't working properly, that was a bit annoying. For the actual service, the car came out looking great, although it did have some swirls and smudges that weren't completely buffed out. I also wish they would have sprayed a bit of that new car smell when they were done to really make it seem new. They also didn't clean any of the carpet in the back, but I suppose that might be considered trunk space and not normally done? That was a little disappointing considering it was supposed to be a complete cleaning of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. One other thing I noticed was the large windshield wiper arms were smudged and smeared and just bad looking, so (and here is a tip for all) I polished it with some WD-40 when I got home to bring back the original black. There's also a good bit of smearing on the inside of the windshield that I'll have to wipe down. I'm still happy with the job they did since the car was filthy when I took it to them. When I was presented with the bill, the only surprise fee was 7 dollars as an "environmental" fee. I prefer to be told of ALL charges before the work is going to be done, so wasn't thrilled about an extra charge. When I asked about it, I was told that it was to "cover the costs of rags and cleaning sprays and such." Would have thought that all of that came with the cost of a cleaning, I wouldn't expect a cleaning to happen without the use of rags and cleaning products. The customer waiting area is very comfortable. There are several tvs and plenty of comfortable chairs. Usually, free wifi is available, but not working today. Complimentary coffee, donuts, bagels, and water are available. At lunchtime, hot dogs and sandwiches from Quiznos are also free. Very nice that they offer food and drinks! Oh, and a slushy machine! My only complaint: each bagel and sandwich is wrapped in an individual baggie, and I watched a lot of people throwing away the free water bottles. For a company that sells an environmentally friendlier car like a Prius, it would be nice to see recycling offered. Otherwise, the hospitality is appreciated! More
Everthing excellent until 8-2-2011.We received notice that our credit was not good enough, and that you could not finance the truck on our terms. Your finance officer gave to us documents stating that my that our credit was not good enough, and that you could not finance the truck on our terms. Your finance officer gave to us documents stating that my credit score was 826, and that my wifes score was 832. I feel that the scores are correct, as we have never had problems with loan credit before this incident. I phoned the finance officer on 8-2-2011, Left a message,Phone number, and never received a response. In that message I stated that I would return the truck. No problem for me. Just return my down payment,1997 ford f-150, and re-emberse me for the line-x applied to the bed of the truck. Also at the time of purchace, when having opptional equipment installed, there would be no installation fee, yet when viewing opptional accesories on the toyota web site, the price that I paid was the installed price. What did I save. When I purchased the poly steel treatment, I was told that they were including 3m door edge guards and installation free. These were not installed when the poly steel treatment was applied.Also for my information, was there any written information included with the bed cover as how to remove and install the cover. And I could have been a toyota ball cap. Just kidding. No seriosly. Have a nice day. More
As a second time buyer from Younger Toyota I received excellent service from Paul Foltz, Paul was friendly and asked us questions as to our needs and what we wanted in a vehicle. He introduced us to the Prius (which we had not thought about purchasing). Paul was very helpful in our decision and made our experience at car buying very easy. In the near future I will be looking for a car for our daughter which I would ask to work with Paul again. More

After emailing with Mr. Younger, I arrived to the dealership to be greeted by Mr. Carroll, who had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. Alex Swope did a great job of showing the car, allowing me to take my time looking it over, driving it, and asking questions. On several occasions Alex asked if I had any more questions or anything else he could help with. When it came time to negotiate price, Younger did a good job of meeting my expectations. Overall a good experience and a dealership I’d definitely recommend. More

I was pleased with the service. Mr. Merriman explained the necessity of service needed. We (Tom and I) were pleased that our second key was replaced due to a broken key; when we purchased our 2009 Camry the necessity of service needed. We (Tom and I) were pleased that our second key was replaced due to a broken key; when we purchased our 2009 Camry (used) we received only two keys. We do not know how the second key broke off, but we are grateful you replaced it (we paid for the labor) as a token of good will. Awesome experience. I was able to make my appointment the day befor and they could accomodate the time I needed. I was in and out within an hour.
