There was some issues with communication with the shuttle, where the shuttle driver wasn't informed that I was ready to be picked up, so I ended up waiting an hour at the Prime Outlets, not shopping, shuttle, where the shuttle driver wasn't informed that I was ready to be picked up, so I ended up waiting an hour at the Prime Outlets, not shopping, just waiting. Thank goodness for benches. Needless to say, I wasn't happy about this experience, and I also needed to be somewhere that was an hour drive from Younger's during Friday night rush hour. However, the shuttle driver was very accommodating and apologetic, and I realize things happen, but I don't know if I would use this service (shuttle) again unless I had lots of time and wasn't in a hurry. A change I would make, is have the shuttle driver give her number directly to the customer so there is not a third person to rely on. Apparently this happened twice yesterday where the driver didn't know someone needed to be picked up. Other than this mishap, this is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
I recently graduated college and moved from Puerto Rico to Maryland and started work on my new job offer about a week after I bought the car. Because I still had my Puerto Rican license, didn't have much c to Maryland and started work on my new job offer about a week after I bought the car. Because I still had my Puerto Rican license, didn't have much credit, and had barely been in the States so I did not have a Maryland's license yet and did not know how complicated it would get the car. Luis Vargas, the employee that helped me and my family out, informed us as to what the process would be and what they could do to help us. Thankfully, I got a temporary insurance that lasted enough so that I could get my MD license and other paperwork necessary to get an actual insurance. He also let us know about the graduate's discount which helped because the money we saved on that discount, we used to buy extra applications and other things to the car. Aside from all of the help they provided me and my family, who mostly don't speak English and Luis Vargas was kind enough to translate for them and explain what was taking place so they could feel more comfortable with what was going on, the dealership also provides a lot of other services such as free oil change and car wash, amongst other things, for as long as you own the car. This dealership was recommended to me and I would definitely pass on the favor and recommend it to others as well. More

Great experience from the beginning to end. Sales associate Bill Martin knew the product he offered and was very helpful in answering our questions. He went above and beyond to make the sale a smooth one. He was able to give us a comparison of the features on the Toyota Tundra compared to other vehicles we had been looking at. We weren't planning to make a purchase the same night we came to look at the trucks, but everything worked out so well we ended up leaving with the new vehicle that evening. Once we made the deal they worked to get the new truck detailed and all the paper work in order quickly. Cheryl Taylor was very pleasant to work with and she was able to explain her part of the process in terms we understood. She was very friendly and didn't complain that we were there so late signing the final paperwork. We were amazed how quickly everything came together with the transferring of the tags and all the financing details. Bill, Cheryl and the General Manager that took time out to come work out the deal provided great customer service. We were very pleased with the service provided and hope to have that same experience with any dealings we may have in the future with Younger Toyota. Rhonda was ready and expecting us, she was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. My oil change was free because at Toyota they give you 2 years of free oil changes, however Younger even goes a step fa and greeted us with a smile. My oil change was free because at Toyota they give you 2 years of free oil changes, however Younger even goes a step farther and gives you free oil changes for life! Every person that I encountered had a smile. The gentleman that delivered my car to me afterwards was smiling, removed the protective plastic from the seat, and wished me well. I highly recommend Younger Toyota! More
Jason was wonderful. He went into details about the service that needed to be done and fully explained the recall and how the problem was going to be fixed. I had to have my Car towed to the service department. They set me up with a tow, gave me an accurate description of what was wrong before they even looked at it!
