I took my prius in to get it checked out, as a couple of check engine and other lights had lit up. It also needed 2 recalls taken care of. Jason was friendly, honest, and professional. It was set up and carried out in a very professional manner. The only knock I had against the overall service, was that the cashier wasn't that friendly. Also, the pricing seemed a little high, but I guess tyhis is average for a dealership. However, having said that, I also got the feeling that this dealership would not reccomend any services that your car did not need. I told them that I had not had my car into a dealership since purchasing it 2 years ago, so they could have "found" all sorts of problems. They found 2 minor suggestions, fixed recalls, and I was out around $50.00. I was not dissapointed and would reccomend this service center. More

I've been a customer of Younger since Spring 2003. I've have them perform major and minor service on my older vehicle. So when I decided to get another vehicle, my first thought was the same brand I had s have them perform major and minor service on my older vehicle. So when I decided to get another vehicle, my first thought was the same brand I had such good reliance on. Then next was where to go and Younger was at the top of the list. Everyone I worked with the sale of my new vehicle was curtious, friendly, not pushy, was always making sure I understood everything I needed to know to make my own decision and an informed decision. The hospitatility is great. This dealership is wonderful and the folks I've worked with are also great. In the past when something went wrong, they made it right and improved their service to make sure that didn't happen to other folks. They seem to know how to treat new and existing customers right. Existing customers have no problem coming back to this dealership to do their buying and service. More

A co-worker did some research on which dealership was the best one in the area (Martinsburg, WV area) and Younger Toyota was by far recommended by most of the knowledgable folks. Once again Younger Toyota outdoes themselves. 85,000 mile service and some extras on my '06 Corolla in less than an hour. I barely settled into the comfortable customer lounge with the complimentary icee and service and some extras on my '06 Corolla in less than an hour. The car came back freshly washed and cleaner than I left it before service. The cost of the service was reasonable. My husband and I have now purchased 5 vehicles from Mark Duvall and we will continue to come back to him! Since Mark is now a Manager, our actual salesperson was Paul and he was very helpful as well. They were friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to assist us (including staying after regular business hours).
