It was my first time at Toyota Younger and and went because I got a Letter from Toyota about "SAFETY RECALL NOTICE" . Well, Younger Toyota did the replacement without any cost plus they checked out mor because I got a Letter from Toyota about "SAFETY RECALL NOTICE" . I had a hospital procedure the morning our car needed to be towed in. Rhonda took care of contacting tow company and getting repairs quoted and started. I purchased a 2011 Tundra last year from Younger and was very impressed with the building, the staff but most of all Bill Martin who happily greated me with a friendly smile and firm handshake. I told him my goal for the visit and was more than pleased on how well he treated me and took the time to make sure I got the vehicle I needed for my family. Over the last year I've been having some car issues with my 1998 rav4 and unfortunately I was placed in the position to trade the Tundra in on 2 new reliable vehicles for my wife and myself. I had no doubts in calling Bill because he is the best saleman I've ever met. He and Mark were both quick to work with me and find a solution to my vehicle needs. Now my wife and I own a new 2011 Tacoma and Yaris. These vehicles are sure to last us for a few years and I'll be sure to come visit Bill when I'm ready for my next Toyota!!!! Thanks Bill Martin!! I was visiting from FL, and my car needed an oil change. I called two other dealerships, one in WV and another in VA. Younger was able to service my car the day I called. I rated Younger great for all categories because the service receptionist was very friendly. I especially loved the waiting areas. They were clean, comfortable and zoned for various interests. The refreshment bar was like no other I've ever seen. I was amazed that sandwiches were available. The food was delicious and presented well. The complimentary car wash was another added extra for a travel weary customer. I ended up enjoying the wait for my car!! More
