I bought a 2009 Honda Accord from Younger toyota. Justin West was my salesperson. He was new to sales, which I appreciated because he wasnt your typical pushy salesman. We just talked about the car and other things while i took an extended test drive haha. When we got back, I sat down with his manager to go over the car. Now I drove 6 hours to get there so they knew I was pretty committed to buying the car. However, that meant I expected for them to hardball me. I couldnt have been more mistaken. They gave me exactly what they said they would for my trade in and even knocked an additional 500 off the car, which put it exactly at the price I wanted to buy it at. So whethere you're close by or far away I believe you'll definately get a fair deal if you go to them. I would definately buy another car from them in the future. More

Also, I need shoulder surgery and told Rhonda I had a problem getting the inside windshield clean and asked if they could clean it for me. The windshield was clean and no extra charge was added. Car was in and out quickly. Lounge/waiting area was clean, well-stocked, had TV, magazines, computer. You could easily spend 8 hours in it without feeling too put out! Gary was very friendly and patient. He answered all my questions and some questions that I should ask but had not yet. So he anticipated my needs. He made sure I had full information and able to make decisions with full understanding of the ramifications and implications. The business manager also was helpful. Gary was willing to show me used cars and new cars, talk about different warranty options and about all of the choices available. Gary is a credit to the industry and Younger's is a good dealership. My wife and kids visited Younger Toyota to get the oil changed on our 2008 Sienna. The appointment was at 1pm and was estimated to take 45 minutes. After an hour and a half my frustrated wife checked with the service department to get an update. It turns out they were taking care of an item that was recalled but didn't let her know. Even with all of the entertainment options, it is too long to go with out knowing that there will be a delay. Also, the nearly $50 price tag makes it a tough choice to come back. More
