My wife and kids visited Younger Toyota to get the oil changed on our 2008 Sienna. The appointment was at 1pm and was estimated to take 45 minutes. After an hour and a half my frustrated wife checked with the service department to get an update. It turns out they were taking care of an item that was recalled but didn't let her know. Even with all of the entertainment options, it is too long to go with out knowing that there will be a delay. Also, the nearly $50 price tag makes it a tough choice to come back. More

I do not remember the name of the individual I dealt with, but she was extremely friendly, the service was fast, my questions were answered and they even washed my vehicle without being asked to! Not only did he remember me, but he remembered what vehicle I bought, he remembered that my niece was with me when I bought my RAV, and he even remembered that my other car is a Celica! Good morning! I had been casually visiting Toyota dealers in the region. I knew I was very interested in purchasing a new Prius and trying to save a little money before my I made the move. However, I wanted to look around a few dealerships because I had actually never driven the Prius before. I dreaded the fact of having to confront pushy sales people. Sure enough browsing was painful to say the least. I spoke to my father since I had was traveling through the area. By chance he mentioned there was a Toyota and a Honda dealership just off the highway. On the phone he was already hinting about what I should purchase. Our family has owned Hondas for as long as I can remember. Great cars, no question about it and I wanted to see the new 2012 model which was not in yet. Then I went next door to the Toyota dealership and met Bill Martin. I knew right away I would be comfortable working with him and Younger Toyota. I was really surprised by how genuine, honest and the detailed explainations. He exceeded my expectations. I could tell he worked hard to get me the best value for my trade-in. It was not just lip service. He was pro-active and efficient. I drove away with the car that day. I would strongly recommend this dealship and ask for Bill Martin. You will NOT be disappointed. The biggest surprise was how quickly my father changed his postion and was sold on the car. By the way, I'm in my forty's and he just went with me for fun. More
