This is our 3rd Toyota that we have purchased within the last 9 months and once again everything was as easy as you can get. Instead of pressure at this dealership all you get are people who try to show yo last 9 months and once again everything was as easy as you can get. Instead of pressure at this dealership all you get are people who try to show you all of the options available to you (including other models that might not cost quite as much as the one you are looking at). My family has been doing business with the Younger dealerships since 1986 and we have always been taken care of. I had called ahead to the dealership that I would be coming by later that day (I also provided them with which vehicles I was interested in). Dave Carroll who is the General Manager there will always make you feel welcome and make sure that everything goes well for you. Dave simply will not tolerate people being pressured, and that comes across with the staff as well. Mark Duvall had Greg Jimenez ready to help me with any and all questions. After test driving my first choice, I didn't even bother driving the vehicle. Even though the other vehicle is actually larger, had a couple of extra small options with the Platinum package that I didn't get with the first vehcle, I definately had my new sport utility picked out. Greg still was trying to get me to try out the second vehicle which would have been a lesser priced sale, so you can tell he was more interested in making sure my needs were being met. The numbers were quickly made ready for me and the pricing was better than what other dealers were offering online (still had to check pricing for personal curiosity). This just shows there is no reason to go out of town when you have a dealership like this in your backyard. Had to get back to the office, but was able to meet with Paulina Ahrens to get all of the paperwork finished up the next day. She was completely prepared and had taken the time to pull my information from another sale and prefill in most of the paperwork. After a few signatures I was done and Greg had the vehicle ready for me. In a nutshell, if you like the old "price hagling" game and want to put up with the "the deal is only good if you buy today" lines of garbage, then don't go to Younger Toyota (go down to the city where the sales guy knows he won't see you out locally). The accident occurred in a Yaris and as bad as the car looked, our family was 100% safe and everyone has fully recovered from injuries! I credit Toyota and their product for the safe return of my family. From that point forward my husband and I will only purchase a Toyota and we will only do so from younger. We always work with Louis and I simply adore that man. Not only is he genuine and kind, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. His dedication to your product and your dealership is commendable. We also worked with Mark Duvall last night and he was willing to take time to sit and talk with me. I had many questions and he had the answers! I am always impressed with the longevity of the employees at younger. Every time I walk in I see the same employee faces and that is important! From sales to service you all do an amazing job! Rhonda and I reviewed the work to be performed including my request to change the brake fluid from DOT 3 to DOT 4. AAA recommended this change for mountain driving. We did the 30,000 mile Camry service including the tire rotation. The car was taken into the shop on time. The waiting area is great, I used the quiet area near the Parts counter to read and enjoy the coffee and donuts. The time went very fast. Rhonda arrived in the waiting area to explain the paperwork and she including a breakdown of what was included with the 30K service. I also got my $60 discount using the recent Younger mailing. Thanks for that. I look forward to the 35,000 visit and hope that it costs less than $523. Tom More
Absolutely positive experience. They kept appt on time - completion was as promised - charge was as promised. Also had a problem with navigation system that was promptly resolved. I came in for my first free oil change with my new Corolla. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. It was 90 minutes before I left. It seemed an extremely long time with having an appointment. I am used to going to either a Jiffy Lube or Rapid lube where the service is efficient and fast. I know it was a free service at Toyota, but I really have to weigh that with my time involved. Originally I had the appointment at 8 a.m. when I had to be to work at 9. Thankfully I thought that was cutting it too close so I changed it to a 2:30 appointment. So that is my only complaint, the time involved. More
