I would really like to express my appreciation for the excellent service by your staff of your service department. Jason went above and beyond my expectations with the handeling of my Venza and the issue excellent service by your staff of your service department. This was a very tough situation for me to experience as I had taken my car to Walmart for an oil change as I live over an hour away from Hagerstown and with just after a holiday weekend I was extremely tired and did not think I could make it to Hagerstown to Younger which I had a 12:00 appointment but ended up canceling my service appointment. I experienced a problem at Walmart which pushed the blame back to Younger from my previous oil change, I then called Jason at Younger and he took charge of the situation immediately and towed my car to Younger, gave me a rental and assured me "no worries". I also spoke with Tony Curtis which assured me the same thing. My car was fixed and ready for me the next day with no questions. There was no question as to who was at fault and that they would handle the problem. I can assure you that my car will be taken back to Younger for service without a doubt and in the future when needed my next vehicle will be purchased from Younger. I would again like to express my appreciation to Jason and Tony for their professionalism and excellent customer service skills!! Again, thanks for a GREAT JOB!!!!! I always comparison shop and look for coupons on several dealers websites and nobody always the best price and best service in the DC, MD, VA area. At this visit when I pointed out a typo on their coupon they actually gave me the higher percent off...I didn't even ask...Wow! They definitely get my repeat business. More
This is the second time we have had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change for a scheduled appointment. The people are polite but avoid eye contact when you enter the building giving an impression of less t for an oil change for a scheduled appointment. From my ponit of view, if you are too busy, you should not stack up everyone like a doctors office. We came to Yunger because of your reputation for quality...we travel from New Market - so we did not pick you because you were convinient. The last visit ended up being very frustrating and a dissapointment. The van was also not washed when it was given back, which was always a plus in the past. More
I was greeted and asked what type of service I desired for my vehicle. Informed of time required for oil change and also for the vehicle recall for the accelerator pedal. Rhonda helped us with our service issue. She was professional and I believe she truly did all she could to assist us in every way. Came in for a recall on my 1999 Tacoma "frame rails". Inspection passed and undercoated. Damage to truck when cleaning. Rims & lug nuts, tool box, headlights, fenderflairs, mirrors, grill, and so rails". Inspection passed and undercoated. Damage to truck when cleaning. Rims & lug nuts, tool box, headlights, fenderflairs, mirrors, grill, and some paint, seem to have been stripped of clearcoat and stained. Working with service person Jason and his manager to get corrected. We will see what the outcome may be. More
i had originally contacted Ken Murphy the night before i arrived at the dealership and he had the truck set out and ready to go for me.
