Just a prime example of how wonderful Rob is as a salesman, I was torn between two different style vehicles and by the time we drove into the dealership, Rob had washed one of each style/color vehicle I was interested in and had them waiting in the front of the dealership for me to review. We live in Finksburg Maryland and drove to Hagerstown to purchase this vehicle due to the customer service and easy transactions that we have endured in the past. There are other Toyota dealerships, in fact one about three miles from our home, but we had such a good experience with Younger in the past we are willing to make the drive. I have expressed my satisfactions to many of my friends about Younger and after purchasing two new vehicles in the last month they must be doing something right! More
The reason for my coming to Younger Toyota was receipt of a recall notice from Toyota concerning the brake pedal/floor mat of my 2005 Tacoma truck. In addition, I requested an oil service. This was my first time as a customer of Younger Toyota. Friendly staff and timely service performance made this a most pleasant experience. I will be back! More
First of all.we were able to get an appointment that fit our schedule since we live in Berkeley springs. When we arrived the signs led us directly to service door which we were able to drive right into the our schedule since we live in Berkeley springs. When we arrived the signs led us directly to service door which we were able to drive right into the building. We were greeted and immediately taken care of. Everyone we passed, sales reps, managers etc. Greeted us in a most friendly manner. The food provided was great and saved us from having to go out for lunch. We were told by Jason that it would take an hour to service our car. It took exactly 58 minutes. Jason filled out our service book, went over the service receipt with us, no charge, and our car was brought to us immediately, completely clean. This is second car we have bought from Younger and it won't be the last. Thanks to all of you who were a part of this service team. More
I missed my prior service appt and Jason helped me work through getting caught up. Service was friendly and I love the car wash - nice touch. Automatic doors were turned off however and now I need to fig through getting caught up. Service was friendly and I love the car wash - nice touch. My intial contact With the dealership was via internet. I received a quick response. I was eventually turned over to Mark Duval, the sales manager and received excelent service. When I arrived at the dealership a couple of days later I was turned over to Tony Patillo who was very professional. When it was time to make a deal I received the internet price I was quoted and did'nt ask for anything more until I was sitting in front of Cheryl Taylor, she was the one who handled the warranty and finance portion of the sale. This was the only time I felt the custormer service went down a notch. My credit score is 825 and the best rate Cheryl was WILLING to extent to us was 4.0%. I felt she could have went the extra distance to get us a better rate and she showed no effort in doing so. I asked her more than once to get me a better rate. Her intial offer was 4.79 and I had to BEG her to give us 4.0% I don't feel I should have had to beg when my credit score was 825 and my husbands was around 750. Lastly after arriving home with the vehicle we notice there was allot of wax left on the vehicle especially on the black trim of the 4Runner. It was very noticable and hard to clean off. The staff was willing to work with us in negotiations on the purchase price until w received from them in the purchase of our 2011 Toyota Highlander. I was also impressed with their sales hours 9a.m to 9p.m. if it hadn't been for their late hours we wouldn't have been able to purchase the vehicle due to our work and travel hours, also they stayed well past 9 p.m. to help service us better. When I showed up yesterday morning I walked in and was helped right away. Jason asked me a question I did not know the answer to, but the shuttle was needing to leave to get me to work, Jason said not to helped right away. Jason asked me a question I did not know the answer to, but the shuttle was needing to leave to get me to work, Jason said not to worry about it and that he would take care of it. He called me while I was on my lunch break to let me know my car was done and that the shuttle would be at my workplace when I got off to bring me back. Right after I walked out the door the shuttle pulled up and took me right back to Younger to pick up my car. I got inside and Jason had everything ready, all I had to do was sign the papers and walk back out the door to my car!!! More
Fast, effecient, friendly. I've been in for service when things were VERY busy and hectic, but all the employees were friendly, smiled, and took time with all the customers. I get appointments for service fast and conveniently. And the one emergency I had was handled fast, efficiently, and very courtously, too. I've also noticed that any of the employees are willing to help anyone. I don't think I've ever waited more than a few seconds for a greeting from an employee...and it's usually several employees that greet me and offer assistance. I'm not much on car salesmen, they are usually too pushy (and that includes my uncle), but Younger doesn't seem to have that problem. Thank's for the great experience. I'm very happy that I purchased my car from you, and I have my car serviced with you. More
