I had made an appointment by phone for service. When I arrived Dan had my paperwork on his desk. And just before noon Dan called and told me the car was ready to go. The new paperwork that Younger gives after service if very useful and informative and apprecisted. I have been a customer of Younger for 8 years and have always been pleased with the help I have received there. More
We arrived early for our service appointment - they took us early! They had munchies for service customers - and I hadn't had lunch. They run a special 2 days a month offering free manicures - I was delight us early! They had munchies for service customers - and I hadn't had lunch. They run a special 2 days a month offering free manicures - I was delighted to get one! They have a child TV area, an adult TV area and 2 no TV areas! They spotted a nail in our tire - plugged it. This is a dealership that makes waiting for your car very pleasant. I'd recommend them to anyone! More
My boyfriend and I came into Younger Toyota on Saturday 4/16 as our first stop in a day to find me a new car. We visited 3 dealerships in the area; starting with Younger, and the service and personal treatment we were given brought us back to Younger. Bill Martin met us at the door and very quickly made us feel welcome. We explained to Bill that this was our first stop, and that we also wanted to visit the local Honda and Chevy dealers, and that this was just our first stop. Bill took his time, and at no time did we feel pressured into making a snap decision. We test drove what is now my new Corolla, as well as a Scion. Bill was extremely knowledgeable about both cars, but also was very friendly to chat with during both test drives. Once we finished our test drives, we explained again to Bill that we had 2 other stops to make, and again he was completely understanding, and while he explained that his shift was almost over (this was around 11:30 in the morning) he graciously offered his cell phone number to us and said he would come back in if we wished to buy the car. We left the dealership completely blown away by the service was had received, and needless to say the other dealerships were going to have to bring their "A" game to match our Younger trip. After leaving our second stop at Honda, we went to Chevy, where we found it nessisary to contact Bill to answer a quick question about the Corolla. Again, he was very patient, and even though he had left the dealership, it was apparent we had his undivided attention. That response was the deal maker, and we left Chevy and headed back to Younger. Upon our return, we were greeted by Luis Vivas, and he carried on the tremendous day of service we were given. Knowing that Luis wasn’t going to get credit for the sale, as he was assisting Bill in helping us with our purchase, Luis was very gracious in taking his time, answering any final questions we had, and staying with us through the entire process. Wow, he gave up so much of his time for our service and to assist a fellow employee, that’s not something you see in the world today. I have now had my car for 4 days, still love it as much as I did the day I drove it off the lot, and my boyfriend and I have not stopped glowing about our experience with Younger Toyota, and even have forwarded the business cards that Bill and Luis gave us to friends who might be in the market. We certainly appreciate the service and treatment we were given, and we have no doubt we will be Younger Toyota customers for life. More
Came in for 5,000 mile maintenance and was told the oil didn't need to be changed since it was synthetic. Had truck in at 9am (had 9:30am appt but had another personal vehicle there getting work done too) didn't need to be changed since it was synthetic. Also, I'd asked for my truck to get washed while it was in (my salesman said I could request that whenever I brought my truck in) and it was not washed. The service girl we dealt with was very nice, but I couldn't believe how long it took to get tires rotated. More
As usual, I found the service personnel to be friendly and supportive, and the service itself to be reliable. I will have to admit though that, when dealing with companies providing a service, I some and supportive, and the service itself to be reliable. I will have to admit though that, when dealing with companies providing a service, I sometimes wonder if there really is something "additional" that needs to be serviced/repaired, or if the technicians just "find" something so that additional costs are incurred, since I am usually not given opportunity to see the damaged parts. However, thus far, it has been my history with Younger that the people there are trustworthy and reliable, and I place my trust in them. It is fair to say though that if I find that not to be the case, I will soon remove my business from that company (Younger in this case), and spread the word to my friends and neighbors. More
Appreciated the fact that they could get my truck in right away. I had asked that they diagnose the check engine light, change the oil, and check over the vehicle to ensure I could tow my trailer. The only service they performed was the check engine light which was a tube that needed to be replaced. Hard to believe that it costs $90 to hook my truck up to a computer so the tech can see what's wrong, but the cost is what it is. I guess I will be going elsewhere to get my oil changed and the rest of my truck looked over. More
As always a great experience. Only a short wait for the service to be completed. Service people were friendly, cooperative and professional. Sandy jumped right on it, took care of me and my car. Before I knew it I was back in my car. So in the end both customers were helped with no inconvience. More
Very pleased with the quick, efficient service I received at Younger Toyota. Unfortunately, my car's water pump was failing at 109,000 miles but Younger was able to replace this part with less than 24 hours at Younger Toyota. Great experience...best ever at a dealership. Louis directed me to the 1.99 RAV4 Toyota Financing, and was approved. I had been led to believe that I was only qualified for 9 or 10 % Toyota Financing directed me to the 1.99 RAV4 Toyota Financing, and was approved. I had been led to believe that I was only qualified for 9 or 10 % Toyota Financing by the Finance Mgr at DarCar Toyota in Frederick, (where my approved Toyota Finance Terms was originally sent)... The 1.9 deal was so good, and I was so impressed with the spirit of friendship at Younger Toyota, I went home and got my 2nd Toyota and traded for a 2nd RAV4. More
I never fail to be impressed by the staff at Younger Toyota. Friendly and efficient service is the par for this dealershop. Service is excellent, from dropping off the car to picking it up. Service was performed quickly with an eye on detail. I trust the service staff and know they won't do anything unnecessary just to pad the bill. I was just a bit disappointed in this trip, in that they didn't run my car through the car wash--but this is minor. Price is reasonable and they go above and beyond in accomodating the customer. I have no qualms in recommending Younger Toyota to anyone who wants outstanding service and customer appreciation. More
