I'm feeling "stung" with Toyotas. Got rid of my 06 Corolla because it wasn't the greatest car:needed to much service. My 07 Rav 4 has needed a new battery & a brake booster repair in the 4&1/2 mon 06 Corolla because it wasn't the greatest car:needed to much service. My 07 Rav 4 has needed a new battery & a brake booster repair in the 4&1/2 months I've had it. I did buy a slightly higher warranty with the Rav 4 so I'm hoping this repair is covered. Adam was wonderful about insisting I get a rental car (mine could not be fixed due to parts issues w/ the earthquake in Japan). I'm thankful for that. I didn't like my sales guy; I should have walked & bought the car the next day. It was the end of the month & I was sick. We didn't get that great of a deal, for buying a car on the last day of the month. I wanted another key (maybe $1 investment) & although he didn't say it, it was like: tough. 'We did your deal last night and that is that.' I don't think I will buy another Toyota. I should have gone with Antrim Way Honda. More

Bill was very honest and straight up with us. I was completely comfortable with the transaction and if it was up to him I am sure i would have gotten an even better price for the car. I bought a 2011 Toyota prius and he went out of his way to get us the best deal he could on our trade in and financing. Bill openly walked me through the whole process and hid nothing he was doing or discussing with others from me. The dealership as a whole was very helpful in working us and listening to help us stay at payment level we could afford and make the transaction worth it for us. So it was a win win deal. Their customer service even throughout the on going care for vehicle is second to none and totally awesome! Glad Bill told me about their service center. They have free wifi, kids tv area, food, and stuff for the wives when they bring the vehicles up for service. Which demonstrates their commitment throughout the relationship. More

I had a very bad experience with your company. I "purchased" a 2011 Sienna on March 26, 2011 with VIN # 5TDZK3DC4BS119189. Paul Foltz offered a 0 downpayment, no cosignor needed for 60 months at 2. "purchased" a 2011 Sienna on March 26, 2011 with VIN # 5TDZK3DC4BS119189. Paul Foltz offered a 0 downpayment, no cosignor needed for 60 months at 2.9% APR with a monthly payment of $544. Paul knew right from the start that I am in the country on an H1B working visa. Since Paul made a good deal, I went ahead and signed the contract prepared by Cheryl from Finance. A week later Cheryl and Paul requested some documents eg pay stubs, US Visa, proof of residence. A few days later, Cheryl informed me that Toyota Financial was questioning the status of my US visa. My H1B visa is valid until 2013 and it will be renewed in the same year for another 3 years. It cannot be renewed 2 years prior to that because that's how the process goes. As per Cheryl, Toyota Financial did not approve of the 60 month term and would only allow a 30 month term instead based on the status of my US visa. Because of this, Cheryl informed me that if I would like to keep the car my monthly payment would increase to 1000++ per month or return the car if I am not amenable with the offer. Since I will not pay more than a thousand per month for a car I decided to return the car on April 11. I am very disappointed with how I was treated by your company. Is it legal for a dealership to pull out a car after the contract have been signed by both parties? Cheryl and Paul did not present to me options after all the trouble I went through. I went to your company because a fellow physical therapist was a given a very good deal by Paul, the same deal that he gave me. I am a first time car buyer and I know that purchasing a car would help me establish my credit history but I made the wrong decision in dealing with your company. I will never recommend your dealership to my fellow therapists who are also planning to buy a car. More

The showroom is very accommodating; not easy to say while shopping with a four-year-old, but with hot dogs, popcorn and video games, it was easy. To this end, even the service guys were friendly when I was showing my son around. Clearly they work as a team and have a strong commitment to making the customer feel welcome.
