I brought my car in at 1 pm for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT that was made by Dan Higgins. The appt. was for an oil change and because it was shutting off after 3 seconds of being started. I was told my car wou that was made by Dan Higgins. The appt. was for an oil change and because it was shutting off after 3 seconds of being started. I was told my car would be ready around 3 pm. I called and spoke with Service Advisor: (740) Dan Higgins at 3:45 to see if my vehicle was ready, he said no, he didn't know he was on a time schedule and my car was not ready. He was very rude!! I returned to pick up my vehicle around 4:30, my car still wasn't ready. I asked to speak with the manager, Tony Curtis. I informed him of the way I had been treated by Dan. He said he would have a talk with him. My oil had been changed, but there was no explanation for my car shutting off. Tony said it sounded like it was a mechanical error and not an electrical error. Tony had the technicians conduct a fuel induction service AFTER I arrived to pick up my vehilce. He said some carbon build-up was detected. A can of E.F.I cleaner was put in my fuel tank. My car was finally done around 6:15 pm. More

Overall experience was wonderful, everyone was very professional, having been with this dealer for years and bought cars since my kids were in high school, there were many personnel changes and the ser professional, having been with this dealer for years and bought cars since my kids were in high school, there were many personnel changes and the service is better than ever. I have alway had very good service at hagerstown and can only give you a ver4y good report card. I have found that your prices are even better than other derlership in other states (Ga.) were the problem wa only give you a ver4y good report card. ROUTINE PREPAID SERVICE APPOINTMENT. I called on Friday and scheduled an appointment on Saturday for this routine service. since they were able to fit me in, I was very greatful. The entire staff was very friendly, they were not pushy as to trying to sell us something we did not want. Bill was great. He understood what it was we were accustomed to in a vehicle and directed us to a model that had just what we were looking for. Nothing we didn’t need. This is the third Toyota our family has purchased from Younger, but the first new car, so we can safely say that you can buy with comfort and confidence here. We’ll be back! More
