We had our 25,000 Camry service. The shop staging area was clean and very busy, good for business. The service advisors were active, friendly and efficient. The waiting area is wonderful. After picking up my car yesterday and being told they are sure it is 98.9999% fixed, My car is not fixed. Still making high pitched whistle sound when doing 65mph+. We just purchased a 2008 Rav4 Limited from Younger. Our salesman, Tim Moats was outstanding. His knowledgeability about the car, as well as his friendly manner and helpfulness made this purchase process v salesman, Tim Moats was outstanding. I have to say out of all the car buying experiences I've had in the past this was one of the best. The sales person was friendly and very patient with us. He wanted to find out excactly what we were looking for to make sure we got into a car that we would be pleased with. We came in the door with a certain price range and some printouts of some deals from other dealership to make comparisons and was about to walk out the door because we couldn't find something in our price range that we felt comfortable with buying. Rick and John felt like they had a car we would love but would go a little beyond our price range but it was a good quality car with the room we enjoyed and was also good on gas. Well they were right we was willing to pay the extra couple of dollars to drive off in our 2008 Toyota Camry that we loved as soon as we got in the vehicle. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and we look forward to all the free perks we get with being Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle owners. More

My car was scheduled for a service apt. at 10am. I asked to get the car detailed, but since it was so new, it would't need much. They said the car would be done by 12:00. I had a lot to do. Loved getting shuttled back home so I could get some work done. By 1:30, no phone call about the car. I called and asked what the hold up was. Long story, it wasn't until 3:30 in the afternoon that I got back to the dealership and got my car. I was shuttled back, again, nice service,but not if it's going to take forever to get my car back. What if I had stayed at the dealer and waited?? No way. When I asked the girl what the hold up was she said it was the detail area, well, I said, the car is only 4 mo old, there isn't much other than a few scuffs and in need of a vaccumme. She took the $45.00 off for the detail, which was nice and the right thing to do because I wouldn't have paid for it anyway with the late hour getting the car back. Then, when I checked the car, there was garbage that was left in the rear seat magazine compartments and well, the inside just wasn't perfect. If I would have paid $ for that detail I would have been upset. I work 21 days in a row, not having my car on one of my few days off was not acceptable to me. More
Shopping here was a fun experience...unlike alot of dealerships! We were shown kindly many cars..all of which we got to drive. We loved many cars and were led to the one that was best for us! Was going to Darcars Frederick but their 'policies' changed the first of the year and they seem to be out to set record profits at the expense of established clients. We came in with a 'lost leader' changed the first of the year and they seem to be out to set record profits at the expense of established clients. We came in with a 'lost leader' coupon for a battery @ $85.00, ended up paying $165 + labor. Was a bit of a shock. More

I don't understand why a simple oil change can take 1 hour, when she came with the bill to be paid I read that my car needs tire rotation She did not say that to me, the paper said that I decline the service, that is no right I was never informed that my car needs that. Then she said that my car has been washed, when I got to the car it was not, I came back to her and explain that my car has not been washed She replied "REALLY" are you sure?. Like I am crazy or what the car was not washed, she said ok if you wait 10 minutes we are going to wash the car I said ok. I will wait. But guess what? after the waiting somebody else came to tell me the washer is broken. Is not the first time that I have inconvenient, they send surveys and I answered them, never see improvement. They took the guys who where advisors to replace with girls. I am not a feminist I am a firmer believer that some jobs are for guys Like working with cars Guys know that, and I feel better if I am talking to a guy about my car, not a girl As I said last time my car reach 100.000 miles I think was Teresa who said I need to replace the belt. somebody sais my car do not have a belt. I love my car that I bought at Younger, but the service was horrible. First, it was really difficult to even get a sales person to contact me about the car that I wanted to buy. After I finally was conta was horrible. First, it was really difficult to even get a sales person to contact me about the car that I wanted to buy. After I finally was contacted, things went a little better until after I actually purchased the car. The communication is horrible. I called four times about my registration and never had anyone call me back until I sent a comment in on their website about the horrible service I had received. Finally one of the managers called me and left a message on my answering machine, but didn't respond when I tried calling him back. A month after my temporary tags expired, I finally decided to call the DMV myself and learned that the dealership had messed up on the paperwork and my plates were sent to the wrong address. I'm still waiting. If I had to do it again, I would have shopped somewhere else, even though I love my car. More
