We had already taken our 2008 Rav4 to another dealer for service of the same problem. The difference between the two was like night and day. The first dealer didn't correct the problem and was almost indi service of the same problem. The difference between the two was like night and day. The first dealer didn't correct the problem and was almost indignant in how they treated my wife. When they rescheduled the vehicle for work, they were informed, and agreed, to having it ready at a specific time in order for my wife to have it back in time for a critical meeting. They never ordered the part until we turned the car in and were unable to get the car worked on before my wife had to pick it up, this, despite having scheduled the appointment a week in advance and agreeing to having it ready in ample time. Younger Toyota, on the other hand was courteous, informative and communicated openly and honestly on every aspect of the repair work. They took the car in when promised and had it done when promised. We were called during the process to be informed of what was being done. The experience with Younger Toyota was a total pleasure and would have been a great experience for repair work regardless of any other circumstances. Having had the first experience with the other dealer made the excellence of Younger stand out all the more. I couldn't imagine two experiences more different. Younger is perhaps 10 minutes further from us than the other dealer, but I will gladly make the trip ANY time in the future when I need to have work done on my Toyota vehicles. ( I have, by the way, owned almost exclusively Toyota vehicles for the past 30 years.) I would probably drive an extra 30 minutes to Younger if I had to - their service experience was that good! R. My wife LOVES the waiting area. She especially enjoys the various seating areas and the Wifi availability. Makes a service visit much less of a pain... almost enjoyable. M salesman was friendly and informative and I did not feel pressured to buy a car. The manager was also friendly and eager to help me find what I wanted. I found the car on line that I was interested in and asked for a price quote. In a short period of time Jesse got back with me via e-mail and provided me with a quote and information to contact him at asked for a price quote. He showed me the Corolla I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. I was also interested in another model which we test drove. Jesse didn't try to pressure me, he provided the information and let me make the decision. He also provided me with the info on the different incentives that Toyota and Younger were offering. When it came time to finance again Jesse provided me with the options and let me make the decision. On top of all this Jesse filled my car up for driving from Ridgeley WV. I am extremely pleased with the Corolla, it is the 4th one I have bought. I was pleased with the service I received from Jesse and Younger Toyota. More
Excellent dealership and service department. Needed to have 2006 Avalon recall work for braking system completed. During multipoint inspection procedure, front calipers were found to have sticking issues have 2006 Avalon recall work for braking system completed. During multipoint inspection procedure, front calipers were found to have sticking issues. Price of $95.00 was a little much to resolve such issues but had coupon to help offset costs. Service advisor Jason was very pleasant to work with and the snack food is GREAT. More
I was disappointed that I did not get my truck washed like I was told when I bought the truck. I was told that everytime that I took my truck in to get it serviced that I would get my truck washed. They told that the car wash station was broke and that they could do it at that time, but they said that if I was in the area this week that they would do it then. I live to far from Younger Toyota to drive in to get it washed through the week. Overall I am pretty satisfied with my first visit on how long it took them to get the job done. Very fast service! Younger has performed all service on my Tundra since the purchase in May of 2009, they've always performed all services requested in the agreed upon time frame. This means alot to me because so many other b purchase in May of 2009, they've always performed all services requested in the agreed upon time frame. The service department was great. They took the vehicle in on time and started to work on it right a way. Jason kept me informed as to what was being done to the vehicle and why. They fixed what was needed on the vehicle and did not make up problems like the dealership in Chambersburg. I watched the mechanic through the window at Younger and it looked like he knew what he was doing. That made me feel at ease. Although I had to wait five hours for the service to be completed, the waiting area made it comfortable and the food was nice to have. I purchased my Sequioa at Younger and plan to purchase more vehicles there in the future when the time comes. I will recommend Younger's sales and service to everyone I know.
