I filled out an on line request on Sunday, Sept 5, 2010 and the Sales Manager wrote back to me that evening and said that he would have a salesman call me the next morning. Phil Young called and I told him that I was interested in the Green 2008 Highlander. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived. I test drove it and then asked to test drive a new RAV4 which was too small for me. Phil went the extra mile and drove with me and explained the features of the Highlander that I was interested in. I told him what I needed my payments to be and he explained what I could get with that payment which was not the Highlander so we worked through the cost and we came up with a mutual plan which was $100 over my original but I believe that I will be very happy with my decision to purchase the 2008 Highlander. Phil was very polite and helpful throughout the entire four and a half hours that I was there. I have owned Toyota's since 1997 and have been very pleased with each of my cars. I traded a 2003 Highlander which I just loved and it was the cream of the crop at the time I purchased it. Thank you Phil for all of your help and making this purchase a pleasure. I also thank the Business Manager, Cheryl Taylor for being so efficient with doing the paper work. More
We bought our Tundra from Joe nearly 3 years ago and have been happy ever since. It pulls my boat easily and goes in the mud the way it should we go to Canada and the Carolinas fishing and we are very have been happy ever since. He answered all of my questions and compared the different trucks I was looking at. Joe really knows trucks. He is always there when I am in for service. It is nice to see a familiar face that remembers me. I will buy another Tundra when this one wears out in 15 years or when my old truck quits running. More
On Saturday Sept. 4th, Jake and I decided to go to Younger Toyota to check out the cars you offered as we were still in the "looking" mode. We had seen a car the evening before and we sure we would deal with the other dealer. In talking with Jesse we looked around the parking lot and then he asked us to come inside to see a car. After asking some questions about interior, engine power and features, etc. we took a test drive with the Avalon. We were hooked and very pleased with the performance and many of the features it offered. We were a little disappointed with the interest rates offered. Other than that, we are very pleased with having worked with Jesse and the other amicable personnel. I KNOW the vehicle will more than meet our needs and the change of oil service is a plus. We were pretty much GM/Chevrolet folks. We are tickled to be proud owners of a second Toyota. Thank you for the mugs, lunch, and all your professional help in making our decisions. More

I went and met Jesse Torreyson, and started talking about what I was looking for in a car. Jesse made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions, and made the experience painless, even enjoyable. I went through financing and met Cheryl Taylor, and again an enjoyable experience, she was knowledgeable,and extremely helpful. I know I will recommend Jesse, and Younger Toyota to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More
Only problem was the phone #s cleared out of system,needed to reload them, and had a long wait to return the loaner. Thanks again for doing a great job on my outstanding Venza. You have taken excellent care of the car and me on each visit. This one was for 30,000 miles. I met Joe over 2 years ago when he helped me with choosing my Prius. He is always here and says hi when I am in for service. When Ibought it, Joe answered all of my questioins and made me comfortab choosing my Prius. He is always here and says hi when I am in for service. When Ibought it, Joe answered all of my questioins and made me comfortable with the hybrid car. Joe was right. So easy to own and drive. I love the 52 miles to gallon I get! I may replace my Prius since they now offer Younger for life so I can get my oil changes free. Thanks for remembering me Joe. I'll see you again soon when I get back from Canada. More
Historically, we have had trouble with the sales manager of the used car department (John & Jeremy). It was so bad, that we refused to ever go back. That is why when my husband went to buy his new Camry, of the used car department (John & Jeremy). It was so bad, that we refused to ever go back. That is why when my husband went to buy his new Camry, he went to a place 50 miles away. However, when I was ready to buy a new car, and trade my old one in, we had an estimate done on it at the other car place, and at Younger. In fact, I reluctantly took it to Younger, fully expecting to be given the run-around because of my gender (as I often am at dealerships). What I found, however, was a different scenario. Not only were the associates (all of them in new car sales, esp. Mark, Jesse, Greg, and Ken) very helpful, but they were also honest. They gave me the best deal on a car, and were so kind and helpful to us. It was the best experience we have ever had at any car dealership for anything. I would highly recommend going to Younger Toyota for a new car, or used (avoid the used car manager, John and Jeremy). Younger is more than helpful, and were great to do business with. They really do take care of their customers. And Younger for Life is just brilliant. My husband and I will be doing business with Younger Toyota for a very long time to come. More
After spending two days looking at different vehicles, we met Joe. Friendly and helpful, he took our needs, an inexpensive SUV with all wheel drive and made suggestions. His level of patience and understanding along with the amazing price we paid made Younger and Joe the best choice.
