I worked with Mike Hampton to test drive three vehicles and Cheryl Taylor to finance the car I chose. Mike was patient and helped me find the right car for me without being pushy. Mike also worked to satisfy me when it came to a price point and payment plan that best fit my wants and needs. Mike was a strong and timely communicator via text and phone. The dealership lived up to being a Presidential Award winning dealership and i would highly recommend this place of business to anyone. Mike and Cheryl made the experience a hassle free and pleasant deal. On a different note I would suggest that Jeffrey Cross not be included in a transaction if you are looking for 100% satisfaction. He became unprofessional and was disrespectful. Had it not been for Mike and Cheryl and how willing and professional they were, I would have taken my business elsewhere after dealing with Jeffrey for a mere 10 minutes out of my whole experience with younger. 5 Stars I have dealt with Younger Toyota Service and Denny on many occasions now. Most recently, a frame replacement recall was performed by Younger on my Tac I have dealt with Younger Toyota Service and Denny on many occasions now. Most recently, a frame replacement recall was performed by Younger on my Tacoma. While this recall required having my truck out of service for quite an extended period of time, I was provided a rental and the staff at Younger made sure all was well. I'm still in amazement at how a truck can literally be disassembled piece by piece and put back together without so much as a squeak or rattle! This is bad for Younger though as I am going to hold off on that new Tundra purchase since I feel like I'm now in a new truck! When Tundra time comes though, I'll be visiting 1945 Dual Highway!
