First, a little background. We were trying to give business to a local Toyota dealership (Frederick) for a year on the possible purchase of a truck. Over the course of the year, the dealership had kno business to a local Toyota dealership (Frederick) for a year on the possible purchase of a truck. Over the course of the year, the dealership had known what our first color choice was and our second color choice. We were also informed that they are interested in making sure that the customer is satisfied. When the time came to test drive and get serious, we test drove a platinum edition crewmax. Upon our return, we were informed that the only truck that we could get in the double cab arrangement with the options and equipment we wanted, was in the color of dark slate metallic (not either of our color choices). Because this truck was off site, we had to commit to purchasing it in order to see it and test drive it. Also, because Toyota's 0% for 60 months deal was running out, this was our only option and if I didn't take it, it was like throwing 5000.00 - 7000.00 out the window. When I said that the truck was not what we wanted, I was asked if the color was really worth the 5 - 7k I was going to miss out on. I informed the sales manager that we own our current truck and are happy with it, so I'm not really losing out on anything and I could afford to wait if I had to. I was also told that the 30 / 60 / 90 day window showed no trucks as we wanted them (in either color) coming in. A week later, we drove up to Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, MD. I know a few people that have dealt with this dealership and everything we heard was good. Upon walking into the dealership, we met Tony Pattillo and explained our situation to him. This dealership had a crewmax (in our first color choice) with cloth interior. We were looking for a double cab with heated seats. Tony went about looking for one with the options we wanted (we also selected accessories). Within 20 minutes, they located several 'on the ground' that they could get. Within minutes, we had a sheet in front of us showing our payment options and pricing (Frederick was still discussing numbers, even after a year). Tony explained that we had to put a deposit down to get it here to see but that there was no commitment to buy. If we were not happy with it, we would get our money back. Tony also explained that this would take about 10 - 14 days (this was on a Friday). We were also informed of the services provided to us from Toyota and from Younger. The dealership has an area for kids to play the Wii and also an area for those waiting for service that has hot dogs, popcorn and drinks available and depending on the day, they have other goodies available too (the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays are manicure days). Monday afternoon, we got a call that it arrived and if we had time to come look at it. That night, we test drove and purchased the truck. One week later, we drove our new truck home, with all options and accessories as we selected. We are VERY HAPPY with all aspects of dealing with Tony Pattillo and the Younger staff. In the future, we're talking about buying a Sienna and when that time comes, we will be counting on buying one from Younger! More

I was extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the entire dealership. The salesman I had dealt with prior to arriving was with another client when I arrived, but another salesman stepped up to of the entire dealership. When we first purchased the used car, I noticed numerous scratches and asked for the car to be touched up. The car was cleaned and detailed, but the scratches were still very visible. So the car was left over the weekend and when we picked up the car on Monday, there were still numerous visible scratches that were not taken care of. I was very disappointed in the touch up service. I also felt the price of the car could have been lowered. More

I have used Younger Toyota for over a decade and have been a very satisfied repeat customer. I have owned 4 Toyotas over the years, two purchased at Younger. The sales staff is genuine and non-pushy, ea been a very satisfied repeat customer. I have owned 4 Toyotas over the years, two purchased at Younger. The sales staff is genuine and non-pushy, easy to do business with . . . imagine that. Bill Merriman, my service technician, walked me through each step of the servicing process from the 30,000 mile check-up, the re-calls (all cars will have these sooner or later) repair status, ordering replacement parts to when the car would be ready for pick-up. Bill made calls to Michelin to verify my tire's warranty, ultimately saving me money. Anthony Curtis, the service manager, was available to answer additional questions and also helped me to maximize my savings. Camy checked me out at the cashier's office and was personable, knowledgeable and efficient and has a great work ethic (this is her second job, she also works at the local hospital). Younger sends out awesome coupon deals that you can actually use toward service appointments. There is always an abundance of snacks and drinks, television(s) and comfy sofas in the customer lounge which is very homey, especially when you have children. When searching for a new car, this was one of the dealerships that stuck out in my mind. They were so so friendly and so helpful. They were interested in what I needed and wanted to help us get what dealerships that stuck out in my mind. They were so so friendly and so helpful. They were interested in what I needed and wanted to help us get what I needed. When actually buying and negotiating, they put in as much effort to help me get the car that was best for me. They gave us the star treatment in while waiting and then they continued to inform us that we had free oil changes, and free manicures on certain days. They made this car buying process so easy. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!! They wowed me!!! More

After asking me what I was looking for specifically as well as what my priorities were in a car, within 1 hour, the staff had found me a great car for a very affordable price that fit what I was personally looking for in a used car. But on top of that, the sales man, Jim, was very friendly and seemed to be just as excited as me about helping me buy my first car. I also appreciated that the finance manager was patient and explained everything clearly and was willing to answer any questions I had. The main reason I would recommend this dealership is because they listened to what I wanted and then helped me find it, as opposed to trying to sell me what they wanted to get off their lot that day.
