I had mentioned whether or not the car wash was working and the reply was that my car would be hand washed which surprised me. I asked if that included the windows and she asked if I needed it done. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Jim Hebb was very helpful in finding us the right vehicle. He showed us a vehicle that was fairly new to the lot. We would probably not have looked at it if Jim had no helpful in finding us the right vehicle. He showed us a vehicle that was fairly new to the lot. I have 3 Toyota vehicles & I always request a specific Technician, Mike Krepps, to service my vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and has always done a Great job. I usually talk to Bruce, the Service Advisor, who has been very helpful with scheduling my appointments with Mike, even on short notice. I have been very happy with my dealings with Younger Toyota. I was looking for a used Rav4 and a friend of mine recomended that I go see Joe. I got there at 6:15 pm & was driving my Rav4 home at 8:30 pm. Joe was friendly, helpful & not pushy. He explained the vehicle's features without assuming I knew what certain things were & without making me feel stupid. My mom & cousin came with me & he was just as friendly & nice to them as he was to me. I have been looking for a SUV for several months & have dealt with a lot of dealers. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new or used car. I'm looking forward to my 1st free oil change & manicure:) More
Bill was very nice and very helpful. He explained everything to me in a manor in which I could understand. I loved the fact that he was there for ME and not running around talking and messing with ot everything to me in a manor in which I could understand. Unlike other dealers I have gone to, where I felt like they were too worried about other people, Bill was either with me or working on getting my papers through to finace. He knew a lot about the cars and what was going to work best for me and my buget situation. Most importantly, I love my new car. Wonderful job. More

Our Sales Rep, Bill Martin, treated with us respect, never rushed and provided us with multiple options. Each and every the employee we encountered was friendly and professional. The amenities provided in the customer lounge make any trip to the dealership enjoyable - free donuts, hot dogs, drinks, slushies, WiFi, an incredibly comfortable lounge, etc. We will definitely take advantage of the free Oil Changes for life knowing that we aren't sitting in an uncomfortable plastic chair reading long-expired magazines! They even had free manicures on Tuesdays!!! Younger Toyota is awesome! More
