Coffee, donuts and pastries, bottled water, other beverages free to settle into the lounge area to read and watch television. Hot dogs, and treats from Quiznos are added for the lunch crowd. If they didn't have such fast service, including a car wash, I felt like I could spend the day in comfort. More

And we are completely satisfied with the products we purchase, the quality of work, and especially the customer service. We have never had any major problems with our cars and that is why we continue to return time after time. Fortunately, we never had any experiences like the one's that precipitated the recalls. And that (the recalls) will not influence our decision to choose Toyota in the future. So, you can expect to see us when we are ready to consider another car (perhaps a Hybrid) in the future. More
I have had to return with a reoccurring problem with water coming in my right speaker. It came through the drain tube from the sunroof. Each time Bruce waited on me and I was pleased with the service. Just Monday, I stopped by with a problem. My engine light was on! Of course I was frantic. Bruce walks out to my car. Opens the gas trap door and says, "your gas cap is loose" Give it a day or two and the light will go out. If not, bring it in and we'll reset it for you! Lo and behold one week to the day, it went out! No charge to the customer! He is always even tempered and more than fair. I own a business, I'd love having a few employees like Bruce. He upholds the good name of YOUNGER. More
Everyone at Younger Toyota are friendly, informative, and very patient. They take time to answer your questions and explain anything you don't understand. I really like how Cindy, of the service department, notifies me when my 2008 Yarus is in need of service. The employees of Younger Toyota make thier customers feel like family. The overall service was great, but the cost was unexpected. When I purchased the Certified Preowened Tacoma I was informed I would receive Free Oil Changes for the life of the vehicle. However I ha unexpected. When I purchased the Certified Preowened Tacoma I was informed I would receive Free Oil Changes for the life of the vehicle. However I had to Pay $34.20 to cover the difference between standard oil and Mobil 1 which the original owners chose to use. I was not informed of this policy during purchase, and the sales person should have known because there was a Mobil 1 sticker under the hood. Thanks, Jim JENBAR LLC More

Came in for my first oil change on a 2010 Prius. It took two phone calls to set up an appointment because they were pretty busy, but they were able to accomodate my schedule. Getting the car into the service area couldn't be easier, you pull up to the garage door, it opens, you pull in, talk to a service rep, and proceed to the customer waiting area. The waiting area is VERY nice. Free wi-fi, a Wii for the kids (big or small), free coffee/beverages, free pastries (I think they offer free hotdogs later in the day), etc. The service was done fairly quickly with no problems. The only thing they didn't do was the free car wash that was supposed to come with the service. They probably didn't do it because it was raining, but the car had a bunch of bugs on the hood that I was hoping they would get rid of for me. More

The salesmen who assisted with the whole acquisition, Phil Young, was polite, enthusiastic, and attended to my every need. John Lowry, ensured that the whole process ran smoothly, and took care of having my trade-in vehicle properly appraised. This was the most enjoyable experience that I have ever had at any car dealership, and because of that, I am a Younger customer for life. Thank you all, Michael U. More
