My son and I visited Younger Motorcars Saturday, May 8th to begin the search for a new car. Gary Cohen greeted us with an enthusiastic smile and a welcoming word. He was never pushy or demanding. It was obvious to us that he was far more concerned in having repeat knowledgeable and satisfied customers than he was in "driving home a quick sale". Gary assisted us with finding the car that best suited our life style needs and expectations. There was never a moment where I doubted my decision. He and John Lowry, the Pre-owned Sales Manager, made sure we were educated on the cars we were looking at and satisfied with our ultimate decision. As a result of their caring and compassionate approach to car sales we bought a 2008 Toyota Matrix the same day. I will confidently and enthusiastically recommend Younger Motorcars to my friends and family in the future. I don't remember the name of the people I dealt with but everyone was great. The facilty is nice, clean, and comfortable during the wait for my vehicle. My wait time was not long at all. Felt that they over booked in the service department, which caused us to wait 1 1/2 hour for oil change and tire rotation. The entire lobby was full. My husband waited two hours the same day for oil chan which caused us to wait 1 1/2 hour for oil change and tire rotation. The entire lobby was full. My husband waited two hours the same day for oil change and new tires. They should not book more than they can handle in an hour. Saturday is our only day to do errands and we don't have two hours to just sit and wait for a vehicle oil change especially when you make appointments ahead of time. If you have 10 mechanics, you don't schedule 20 people for the same time slots, then everyone has to wait. More

The work that was on the we owe from the purchase of the used vehicle was completed and seems to have fixed the problem but the exhaust now has a whistling noise when accelerating.
