My 2010 Prius was in for it's 10,000 mile oil and filter change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger f change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger for life oil changes and rotated my tires in a very timely fashion. I didn't have to wait long for the service. Very pleased with my 2010 Prius and Younger Toyota'S Service, so far so good. The car wash must have turned both my side mirrors outward and I didn't notice it until I was out on the highway, so I had to pull off the road and stop and put them back. More

Everything was great, the only thing that brought down my review was that the carwash was very badly done. It seems as if it was done in a very big hurry. Lots of parts on the body were left dirty. Mr Bill Martin was an exceptional salesperson to work with. I have been buying new and used vehicles for over 30 years, and this was the most pleasurable dealer experience bar none! Bill made sure all of our questions were promptly answered. He let us shop at our own pace with no pressure tatics used, which I hate. My wife and I were not planning on buying that day, but our experience was so good and the price was decent that we bought not one but two vehicles. Buying my new Corolla from Younger was a very easy and pleasurable experience. Andrew is a wonderful salesman. He was very thorough while explaining all aspects of the car to me. I found my car on the internet and contacted the dealership to let them know I was interested and was on my way to look at the car. I arrived and the car I was interested in was waiting for me out f dealership to let them know I was interested and was on my way to look at the car. I arrived and the car I was interested in was waiting for me out front nice and toasty warm (it was January). My sales person was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease making this purchase. I picked up my car approximately 1 week before all of the recall stuff hit the news. My car was not part of the recall, but the dealership made very prompt contact with me so that if any recall work was necessary it could be scheduled. I have to say based on Toyota's reputation I was not overly concerned about the recall, and the dealership took care of easing any concerns I may have had. I would higly recommend Younger Toyota and especially my sales person Phillip Young. He has extensive knowledge on the brand and was able to answer all of my questions. I would purchase my next vehicle from the dealership without hesitation. More
We had a very favorable buying experience recently at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown, MD. The more enjoyable part was that he made us feel relaxed and at ease, it was indeed a "no pressure' experience from start to finish. We are experienced buyers and had done our homework and when it came to the negotiation over the price, Eddie was very upfront and direct. We reached a deal that we were very happy with and were treated with much respect and we never felt as though any shenanigans were going on. We absolutely will return for our next vehicle purchase and will be recommending Younger to all of our friends. Coincidentally, our daughter went by for service work recently on her 2009 Corrolla purchased from a different dealer and received prompt service and for less than the original estimate! A dealer she had been going to in Frederick seemed to always find more wrong with her car than what she would originally go in for. Thank you Younger Toyota!
