When we arrived at Younger Toyota, we were skeptical when a sales person, Ken Murphy, approached us, because we did not want a sales pitch. We were pleased when he asked us only if he could help us find what we were looking for or answer any questions. His manner was very friendly and never pushy. We described what we were after, and he showed us several vehicles that matched our search. He was very informative and gained our trust by showing interest in our needs and not just a sale. After narrowing our choices to two vehicles, he allowed us to drive the cars. When we returned, he was available and able to answer other questions. His knowledge of the vehicles and his description of Younger Toyota's services and reputation cinched the deal. We purchased a 2006 Avalon right there without looking any further. My 2010 Prius was in for it's 10,000 mile oil and filter change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger f change and rotate tires. They waited on me upon my arrival, changed my oil to the newly recommended synthetic oil for free since I have the Younger for life oil changes and rotated my tires in a very timely fashion. I didn't have to wait long for the service. Very pleased with my 2010 Prius and Younger Toyota'S Service, so far so good. The car wash must have turned both my side mirrors outward and I didn't notice it until I was out on the highway, so I had to pull off the road and stop and put them back. More
