I'm glad to give a review of my most recent experience at Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off wi Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off with the intention of buying a car. Younger was the fifth dealership that day. Rick introduced himself, was interested in what I was looking for and VERY patient. Over the course of roughly 2 and a half hours I test drove either 5 or 6 cars. He was a great guy to work with, knowledgable and friendly. When I decided I'd found the car that was just right for me (Toyota Avalon) Rick walked me through everything. The facility is really nice, very customer oriented. While I was working out the financing end of it all the car was washed and filled with gas. Rick was busy with something for a few minutes and another fellow came over and put the tags on the car for me. All in all it was a great experience, no pressure, just helpful pleasant assistance. Oh and one other thing, my girlfriend can't wait to schedule her manicure just as soon as it's time to get the oil changed in her Highlander! More

This was one of the easiest , no pressure deals that I've ever made. I actually came in for an oil change and ended up with a new Tacoma. No take it today only, or we can only do this on that one, just straight answers to my questions.Finance was a breeze and they matched my credit union rates,saving me from running around getting a loan and the M.V.A. hastles. When I am buying a vehicle I like to know two things, how much for yours, and how much for mine,period. Youngers accomplished this without all the trickery of the Big city dealers. My experience with Younger Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. This was followed by a terrific car servicing experience. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at Younger trading in my old buying experiences I ever had. This was followed by a terrific car servicing experience. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at Younger trading in my old 2005 Prius. I had done my research on-line, and I felt that I received great advice from my sales rep., Jesse, as well as a very fair price on my trade-in. Prius' are still back-ordered, but the dealership kept me informed of my progress on the list, and then they tracked down a new car that had the exact equipment package and options that I specified. The finance and insurance rep, Eric, was quick and efficient, and eased us through the paper-signing, titling, etc. The car sparkled and was perfect when I went in to get it. As you know there was a recall recently for the 2010 Prius. The service department was fantastic in arranging a time for my repair that met my busy schedule, and they even had hoagies and hot dogs available in their very comfortable waiting areas when I brought the car in. The waiting areas are equpped with multipe TVs and comfortable seats, by the way. The sales folks greeted me warmly during my service visit; I felt like I was at "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. They do customer service right. More
