I CAME IN FOR A CAR WASH AND WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO DO THAT.I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE. I THEN WENT TO SEE STEPHINE AND SHE SAID THAT SH AVAILABLE TO DO THAT.I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE. I THEN WENT TO SEE STEPHINE AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE CAR WASH. STEPHAINE ALSO SAID THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT WAS ON AND THAT THEY ALSO TOOK CARE OF THAT.I THINK THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.!!!!! More
Wanted a black forest pearl RAV4 Base 2WD as my first new car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $ car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $500, and Joe kept in touch with me so that everything could be as smooth as possible when I went down to get it (I lived 2.5 hours away). When I got there, I just filled out the paperwork, got the price I received online, and drove it out the door. Took a few hours but everything worked out. Overall, it was great experience dealing with Joe, Stephanie, and Younger. More
I received a fast response and follow up by the people I was dealing with. The salesmman was very friendly and did not presser me at any time which made it very easy to ask any questions and made the purch was dealing with. Very friendly staff, a pleasure to deal with. We met Bill at the front doors, and he made us feel very welcome. All of our questions were answered honestly, and all of our expectations were met. This place puts me in mind of the days way before no haggle dealerships. Lots of slick talk and missed opportunities. I was given a sales pitch on how great the customer service is at this dealership. They didn't even greet me when I came in the door. Then when negotiating, they brought the MSRP to the table, though I had been given the internet price. The woman who does the internet thing is pretty cool. The dealership is pretty, popcorn, icee machine, and the free oil changes might be perks, but they let me go saying they couldn't help me because of the value of my trade. Within a week I went immediately to a dealer about 1.5 hours away and got the same price and 1500 more on the trade. Even though I walked away, they keep sending me automated emails as if the deal never happened. Sloppy is the best way to put it. I was not impressed by any of the sales people. More

I was greeted by a young lady (do not recall her name) who was courteous, respectful and perceptive. She quickly assessed that I was a buyer and knew what I wanted. Despite the fact that I thought it unlikely that Younger would be able to give me package deal that I needed, she politely asked for the opportunity. When I agreed, she then connected me with Mike Hampton who took my specifications and promptly went to the computer. He found what I was looking for and put together the package deal in less than an hour. My paperwork was completed by Cheryl straightway. In less than two hours, I had completed the transaction without having seen or test driven the truck, of course. Younger did not have one on the lot and had to order it from another dealership. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PURCHASING THE VEHICLE WAS VERY GOOD. The "disppointment" in the whole scenario was the delivery of the vehicle. I drove back to the dealership the next day (from Fort Washington, that's approximately 2 hours) to pick up the truck. I called ahead to Mike. The expectation was that although I might have to wait for an hour or so (the truck was being delivered and would need to be washed and the hood protector need to be attached) I would be able to pick up the truck. I got my son off his job so he could drive my car back to Fort Washington. It was determined after about 3.5 hours of waiting that the truck would be delivered to me on the following day. I requested a 1-hour advance phone call (since I was at work and had no idea what time to expect the driver to arrive at the house) but I did not get the call until after the driver was already at the house. That meant I had to break way suddenly from work. I know some things are unpredictable in the business but it was a disappointment. I was not offered anything for this overall inconvenience. Also, the all weather floor mats did not come with the truck (the driver knew nothing about them) so I had to then call back to the dealership to find out what happened to them and when to expect them. There was no courtesy follow up call from my salesperson to see how things had gone - but I think he was probably very busy (I called him to reassure him that I had received the truck). CUSTOMER SERVICE ON DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE WAS BAD. More
