I CAME IN FOR A CAR WASH AND WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO DO THAT.I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE. I THEN WENT TO SEE STEPHINE AND SHE SAID THAT SH AVAILABLE TO DO THAT.I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE. I THEN WENT TO SEE STEPHINE AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE CAR WASH. Wanted a black forest pearl RAV4 Base 2WD as my first new car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $ car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $500, and Joe kept in touch with me so that everything could be as smooth as possible when I went down to get it (I lived 2.5 hours away). When I got there, I just filled out the paperwork, got the price I received online, and drove it out the door. Took a few hours but everything worked out. Overall, it was great experience dealing with Joe, Stephanie, and Younger. More
I received a fast response and follow up by the people I was dealing with. The salesmman was very friendly and did not presser me at any time which made it very easy to ask any questions and made the purch was dealing with. This place puts me in mind of the days way before no haggle dealerships. Lots of slick talk and missed opportunities. Then when negotiating, they brought the MSRP to the table, though I had been given the internet price. The woman who does the internet thing is pretty cool. The dealership is pretty, popcorn, icee machine, and the free oil changes might be perks, but they let me go saying they couldn't help me because of the value of my trade. Within a week I went immediately to a dealer about 1.5 hours away and got the same price and 1500 more on the trade. Even though I walked away, they keep sending me automated emails as if the deal never happened. Sloppy is the best way to put it. I was not impressed by any of the sales people. More

There was no negotiating on price of vehicle, this is what we'll allow on trade, went straight into completing paperwork. I gave a check for 7 thousand dollars and received a receipt marked for 2 thousand dollars. Only one set of keys was given me at time of delivery....I gave 2 sets with trade. I made arrangements to have fog lights installed prior to delivery, but was told they had to order parts and gave me a service date. When my wife brought the truck in for the service, she was there for about 45 minutes and was then told no-one had ordered the parts. It then became the blame game with the service advisor stating the salesman was to order the parts, etc. It has always been my experience in the past that when a service is scheduled thru an advisor, it is taken care of. This didn't happen. So I waited an entire week for a service, another trip into Hagerstown, for a service that wasn't important enough to make happen. I stopped going to Younger once before due to constant screw-ups in service. I came back once again in an emergency situation and was treated super by Larry Higginbotham. I started servicing again, until Larry and other good employees were let go and I left again. Now this, I have had it with Younger! I haven't even had the courtesy of a phone call to advise resolution of THIS service screw-up. I am sorry that I made this decision to go with Younger and if I could undo the transaction, I would in a heart beat. I should have waited and gone to Apple Valley in Martinsburg, where one is treated as a special customer. Yes, I am very pissed at what transpired and will guarantee that Younger will not get another chance to stick it to me ever again. W. Larry Shumaker More
