My experience with Younger Toyota was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. This was followed by a terrific car servicing experience. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at Younger trading in my old buying experiences I ever had. This was followed by a terrific car servicing experience. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at Younger trading in my old 2005 Prius. I had done my research on-line, and I felt that I received great advice from my sales rep., Jesse, as well as a very fair price on my trade-in. Prius' are still back-ordered, but the dealership kept me informed of my progress on the list, and then they tracked down a new car that had the exact equipment package and options that I specified. The finance and insurance rep, Eric, was quick and efficient, and eased us through the paper-signing, titling, etc. The car sparkled and was perfect when I went in to get it. As you know there was a recall recently for the 2010 Prius. The service department was fantastic in arranging a time for my repair that met my busy schedule, and they even had hoagies and hot dogs available in their very comfortable waiting areas when I brought the car in. The waiting areas are equpped with multipe TVs and comfortable seats, by the way. The sales folks greeted me warmly during my service visit; I felt like I was at "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. They do customer service right. More

I CAME IN FOR A CAR WASH AND WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO DO THAT.I TOLD THE SERVICE WRITER THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT MY VEHICLE. I THEN WENT TO SEE STEPHINE AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE CAR WASH. Wanted a black forest pearl RAV4 Base 2WD as my first new car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $ car purchase. Younger was one of the few dealers who had it, and I got an internet price right away from Stephanie. I put a hold on the vehicle for $500, and Joe kept in touch with me so that everything could be as smooth as possible when I went down to get it (I lived 2.5 hours away). When I got there, I just filled out the paperwork, got the price I received online, and drove it out the door. Took a few hours but everything worked out. Overall, it was great experience dealing with Joe, Stephanie, and Younger. More
