Despite the fact that the dealership was rather busy when I visited, the sales associate treated me like I was the only customer he had. He was very helpful in answering my questions and tolerant of my requ I visited, the sales associate treated me like I was the only customer he had. Even when I went to pick up my new vehicle the following week, the sales associate had another customer walk in moments after me and he still took the time to make sure that I understood my new car. Two years ago, in August of 2007, I bought a new Rav 4 from Younger toyota. I contacted Stephanie Hudson through the Internet, and met Adam Dodds at the dealership. It was the first positive car-buying experience I ever had. The Rav 4 was my first Toyota. It now has 66,000 miles on it. I have changed the oil & filters, and must replace the rear windshield wiper blade. That's it, and the car's perfect. Overall, I don't feel comfortable with a 4x4 that kicks out at 25 mph, but it seems to work. I wouldn't change anything else on the vehicle. When I decided to replace my truck, I gave Younger the first oportunity. I emailed Stephanie, then met Adam at the dealership. Adam explained our options and helped us find us an acceptable vehicle, and we put a deposit down. I am completely satisfied with Younger Toyota. I am not completely satisfied with Toyota. The options I want are not available without a significant increase in price, and I had to take options I don't want to get the basic truck I wanted. Toyota should take guidance from Younger, and concentrate on the customer, not what packages can be added to increase profits as much as possible without losing the customer. More

I also visited the Younger website and received a rapid response with a internet price from Stephanie. Upon my visit to the showroom the following morning, I received a warm, friendly welcome from both of them. They both understood that my time was limited due to my work schedule so they were very efficient in discussing the options for my change to leather seats, XM radio addition and had prices ready for mat options and the leather installing. Within less than 2 hours we were able to come to an agreement on the car price and plans were completed for change to leather seats, ordering of desired mats and scheduled installment of a XM radio. Papers were signed and I was on my way back to work. They had both done their homework prior to my arrival and no sales pressure was applied. They both explained the free lifetime oil changes and services available for the best car maintance. I have been researching trucks for a month now and have a pretty good understanding of a fair price, but was told by there salesman that they are the lowest priced in the country. I preceded to tell him that he was wrong and offered another dealer that had the EXACT same truck for less. He kept telling me it wasn't the same options. I should know I looked at the truck and he didn't. Then he says to me that his dealership isn't giving a rebate on 08's which is stated on there website which I refer to. His response "well we haven't had those in months, no one does." I named a few and he wouldn't believe me. I thanked him for the info he gave me. 10 minutes after getting off the phone with the guy he sends a copy of an email to the internet manager that says "the customer says he can get a better price, here, there...everywhere" STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE DEALER. More

This was the best buying experience we've ever had. From getting the price over the internet from Stephanie, to dealing with the best salesman we've ever had the pleasure of meeting,(Louis of course) to the getting the price over the internet from Stephanie, to dealing with the best salesman we've ever had the pleasure of meeting,(Louis of course) to the pain free financing with Eric, it couldn't have been any better. Mr.Eddie Howlett is just awesome. This is my 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Eddie and my fiance's 1st. Everytime I want a new vehicle this man ALWAYS comes through for me. We came in to look and get that I have purchased from Eddie and my fiance's 1st. Everytime I want a new vehicle this man ALWAYS comes through for me. We came in to look and get information on 1 Toyota and left 4 days later with 2 brand new trucks. Eddie worked extremely hard, as he always does, and never pushed us into buying anything we didn't need.
