My father and I came to the dealership, we parked down at the used car section and someone immediately came out and spoke to us. My father explained that I was purchasing a new vehicle and he directed us to the used car section and someone immediately came out and spoke to us. My father explained that I was purchasing a new vehicle and he directed us to the upper lot, we walked all over the lot for almost 20 minutes and no one ever came out to us. As we were leaving the gentleman that was from the used car portion came out to talk to us again. We explained that no one spoke to us and we were leaving. He took us up to new cars and found someone to help us. I was very pleased with Hanakah and her service, but the day that I purchased my car was the last day that she was working. I now have no one to contact when I have a problem (and let me tell you there have been some). I purchased my Yaris on 02/21/09 and brought in my down payment on 02/24/09 when I received my settlement check from my car accident. I drove back over to Younger to give them my down payment and everyone ignored me while I was standing in the showroom. Finally somone came up to me and I explained what I needed to do. It was a big problem for anyone to help me so that I could pay for my new vehicle. I was talked down to and was treated like my business really did not matter. I was then called almost a week later and told that my loan did not go through and I needed to come back to re-sign paperwork. I had to drive back to Hagerstown (AGAIN) after work to sign new finance agreements. I was ignored when I walked in the showroom again. I waited 12 minutes this time for someone to speak to me. Then finally whomever the woman that I dealt with that night was a nightmare to work with. She told me that I needed to make my downpayment, I explained that I had brought it in a week earlier. She said, "Well, give me the receipt!" I explained that no one told me that I needed to bring my receipt and it was with my paperwork at home in Martinsburg. She said well, I was told to get the money from you. At this point I was completed fed up with the whole process. My payments have changed, my due date has changed, and I have been treated like a child on two different occasions now at Younger. A few days after that I was called and told that I needed to provide references again for some reason. I had to do all of this the day that I bought my car. At this point I am very very unhappy with Younger Toyota. I live in Martinsubrg and the only reason that I purchased a vehicle that day at Younger is because I was in an accident where my car had been totalled and I had to get a new car quickly. I can guarantee that my father and I will not recommend Younger to anyone at this point. I do want to let you know that I love my Yaris and think that it is a great car, but I have had nothing but trouble with the dealership. More
Everything was as I was told on the phone, no bait and switch. Made a deal that I could not make at my local dealer in Manassas, VA which I had dealt with for over ten years. I drove Nissan Altima & Maxima & Honda Accord. I also test drove the "new" Ford Taurus. There was no comparison between the foreign cars & the American made - no wonder the big 3 are in trouble. Despite thinking I wanted a smaller car, the Avalon offered the most comfort & best features for the best price of any of the cars. Joe & the Toyota mgr (sorry, his name eludes me at present) spent a lot of time working with me until I got into a price range that was acceptable to me. I am very happy with my purchase, even though it was my husband's idea for me to buy a new car; my old car (Ford Taurus 2002) was working fine. More

He found what he thought would be the best car for our needs, and he printed off some onfo pages to show me. It was a new, 2008 Toyota Corolla at Car Max in Laurel, MD. We had planned to pay them a visit the next weekend, but since we live closer to Hagerstown, MD, he thought he would just go for a test drive there. The salesperson, Charlene Burrell, greeted us and treated us with friendliness and respect. We were up-front about our intentions, and showed her the fact sheets from Car Max. She told us she thought her dealership might be able to beat their deal. The first time she got up to go "talk it over with the manager", I thought, "Here we go with the sales games". But when she came back I was pleasantly surprised. She told us her manager said not to let us leave without making a sale, no matter what it takes. There was no haggling. No mind games, no nonsense, no kidding!! Long story short: she beat their deal! We got the car we wanted with all the features for less than we thought; the financing was fair and painless, and we were out of there in less than three hours. The car was carefully washed and dried before it was delivered to us. The test drive we took, (up the street to get gas and back), only brought the odometer to eleven miles. Charlene even made sure they included the often-forgotten floor mats. My husband works nights, and I work days. In one year we have put over 69,000 miles on our new baby. We are averaging about 37 miles to the gallon. This has saved us thousands over the past year. We are glad to recommend Charlene Burrell and Younger Toyota for their honesty, friendliness and fair dealings. Thank you Younger family!! More

A salemen that knows less about the vehicle than I do and is quick to push a sale is not going to get my business. This was not the case at Younger. More
