Louis L Lee Jr goes Above and Beyond! I'm about 8 hours away from this dealership. I found a vehicle I was interested in via Cars.com. I came to DealerRater.com and found the "top" salesma I'm about 8 hours away from this dealership. I found a vehicle I was interested in via Cars.com. I came to DealerRater.com and found the "top" salesman at Younger Toyota. I contacted Louis about the vehicle. Over the course of about a week, we exchanged information and documentation regarding the vehicle. The deal itself fell through for multiple reasons (logistics of buying a vehicle across the country, specifics due to the vehicle itself, etc). However, the deal did not fall through because of Louis or Younger Toyota. Louis followed through with everything he said he would do in a timely manner. Since I was out of state but a potential customer, he went above and beyond what would typically be considered "standard service". He acquired several specific photos I was interested in seeing. He was very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. For anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, without hesitation I would recommend Louis. He's one of the top rated salesman for a reason! More

Best Car Purchase Ever! 2019 Tundra!! I know more about cars than most people. Brian was absolutely outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle. He let me look at multiple vehicles,test dr I know more about cars than most people. Brian was absolutely outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle. He let me look at multiple vehicles,test drive, and go back & look at them again. I returned to dealership a few days later and asked to drive the Tundra at night. No problem. Very gracious with his time & concern that I got the right vehicle. We got a deal done via email the next day, and a fair trade value for my car. I picked the Tundra up a few days later, he spent a lot of time reviewing the navigation, electronics, helping set the settings, from the radio to the safety features. I wanted a few accessories, they set up the appointments, called me within 5 days to drop truck off, and gave me a free loaner car. Oh, it was a brand new car also. I told so many of my coworkers about this experience, one of them sought Brian out & bought a car from him within a week. They had the same positive experience. This dealership is 30 min away, and I have a Toyota dealership within 2 miles of my house. I will travel to this dealership from now on. I’m also a person who usually does not write reviews.
