Ken, the salesman I recently purchased from, was just as exceptional. Providing me with great customer service and working to get me a great deal. I have shopped and purchased vehicles from other dealers, but none compare to Younger - which is why I keep returning here. As for the service department; I have had all of my Younger vehicles serviced here. Their service department is excellent, efficient, and trustworthy. If something needs fixed, then I guarantee it needs fixed; and if all is good, then they don't add repairs that are not needed. You can depend on them to get the work done properly. Transactions are always seamless here at Younger; from sales to finance to service and everyone is helpful regardless if they were involved in the sale of your vehicle or not. Jonathan Tydings, even at such a young age, is a true professional from his knowledge of Toyota Models to his manners and professionalism. When I bought my 2018 Tacoma during an evening with a -15 wind chill (I know, who does that?), Mr. Tydings was a true gentleman by helping my wife and I in and out of the vehicle and helping us clean out our older Rav4 that we were trading in. He was exceptional with how nice and polite he was to my wife as well. He never rushed us and always assured us that if we were not happy with any of the models or financial offers, he would not take it personal. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience at this dealership, and I can honestly say I would recommend Mr. Tydings with 5 stars. More
