Body Shop - See my review on Google that includes pictures of what a trouble job they did to my car. The irony is that they admit but do nothing about it. In the past 30 years, I purchased over $200K cars from Younger Toyota. That should tell you something. I picked up the car with a huge glob of mud on the floor mats, a lot of white dust all over the cluster control, and a man's perfume under the seat. I have gone to the court over this but they are avoiding (including Mr. Younger) being served. . More

Our salesperson was Scott D. Chadwick and he was outstanding in every respect. We started off with emails where he answered all our questions and gave us the out-the-door price Chadwick and he was outstanding in every respect. A couple of days later, we drove to the dealership and met Scott for a test drive. He again went out of his way to guide us through the sales process. He spent considerable time showing us all the details of the car and how all the technology worked. He got our phones working on the Toyota App and we were all set. He made it the purchased process very easy for us. He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our time in the Finance office with Cheryl Taylor went equally well. She too was great. She answered all our questions and made the process very smooth and efficient. Our thanks for Scott and Cheryl for a job very well done. More

Communication was prompt and courteous, but Younger Toyota is adding an outrageous $5000 surcharge for non-local buyers (I'm less than 150 miles away, but that's apparently enough. Do not take your vehicle to be serviced here! The service manager is a liar and their techs are not doing the job that they are paid to do. This was to be a simple oil change and tire rotation The service manager is a liar and their techs are not doing the job that they are paid to do. This was to be a simple oil change and tire rotation as I have previously had done here on the same vehicle. The vehicle had not been serviced else where since I bought it in July of ‘22. The service advisor came into the waiting area to let my husband know that the oil plug for the oil pan was difficult to get off and it was now leaking oil because the previous place that did service put on an aftermarket oil plug/seal and now it was going to cost us $600 to replace the whole pan. Younger was the “previous” place so I’m not sure how that happened. When my husband got home he checked the oil that was as black as midnight…..not changed as we had paid for that to be done. And the technician had indeed stripped the oil pan plug bolt and the seal was hanging from the bottom of the car. We then went out and bought oil and the $40 tool to take the oil filter off to replace the oil ourselves. I have pictures and videos documenting the whole process. We called the general manger several times with no phone call back. Brandon, the service manager, however did call us back and called my husband a liar saying he heard the whole conversation between the service advisor and my husband in the waiting room which is completely separate from the service area and where his office is located. He got so offensive that we said his technician do not perform the oil change…. I can assure she do not. They are not willing to rectify this situation by refunding us minimally the oil change and the part we had to buy to change the filter. My family, including myself have bought several vehicles from them but never again. I will make sure every person I come in contact knows how horribly we were treated. More
