Excellent Sales Staff Second time Heather was there assisted me with purchasing a new vehicle. Ambush Sales! Moving from West Virginia to Maryland. Recently purchased a new RAV4. Offered two vehicles for trade. Negotiated the final price and were assured s Moving from West Virginia to Maryland. Recently purchased a new RAV4. Offered two vehicles for trade. Negotiated the final price and were assured several times by the salesperson that Maryland State tax was included in the price. Minutes prior to sitting down with the finance and closing the deal we were approached by the salesperson and financial manager to inform us they had neglected to add in the Maryland State tax, approximately $1800.00. A gesture of several hundred dollars was made and we accepted then closed. We never asked to go over the numbers and the salesperson never offered. Our bad, buyer beware. Either this was an ambush sales tactic or incompetence, you decide. We will never deal at Younger again, word of mouth will not be kind. Do NOT trust this dealership. More
