Painless, fair deal I bought a 2016 Ford F 250 from 2 weeks ago. I wasn't really planning on updating my truck, but a 4 door would be nice for my growing family, and I ha I bought a 2016 Ford F 250 from 2 weeks ago. I wasn't really planning on updating my truck, but a 4 door would be nice for my growing family, and I had seen a nice one on their used car lot. The truck on their lot was in very nice shape. I looked up prices online of similar trucks online and Younger was the cheapest. I had them appraise my old truck and they actually gave me $2000 more than I had figured on. So I went for it. I stopped at the dealer after 1pm to have my old truck appraised. I took the new one for a test drive, got the appraisal on my old one, signed the deal, ran home to unload my old truck and then back to drop off the keys and pick up my new truck by 4. I was pretty pleased with that. More

I was afforded an overall comfortable and thoughtful atmosphere during my shopping experience. When I moved forward to the purchasing phase of my experience I had a very short wait in one of the nicest car dealership facilities I've been in and I've bought vehicles from Toyota dealerships in Harrisonburg and Winchester. Matt Hull was my finance agent and he was just as friendly as Stefan. I felt like I was dealing with a friendly neighbor which is comforting especially when you're in the middle of parting with your hard earned dollars. Matt made it as brief and painless as possible. We got through the formalities and I was on my way in less than an hour. On a final note the follow up was excellent I was contacted by the sales manager as well as Stefan, reinforcing their desire to ensure a quality experience. Buying Experience with Brian Fearnow. Brian impressed me from the moment I met him. Even though he is on the new car side of Younger he was happy to help me look at your CPO's. Although I had already planned on purchasing a Tacoma from another dealership he was still willing to help me on any questions I might have about the vehicle - even if I didn't buy it from him. That established trust. His product knowledge and how it translates to benefits for me was some of the best I've ever experienced. He candidly acknowledged the few blemishes my CPO Tacoma had because I saw it at dusk for the first time. He is energetic, enthusiastic, and even though he speaks rapidly he still hears everything I said. When faced with the last minute decision on where to by from; Brian was very quick in helping put the deal together over the phone - all while I was at a doctor's appointment. My negotiations went very quickly and when I drove it for the first time he explained all the features, controls and storage areas. I was driving off the lot in less than 3 hours with my new (to me) certified used car! I came into Younger not expecting to be able to afford anything but with the low rates, multiple financing options, and all the additional warranties and services that came with the car, I know I'm getting my money's worth and then some! Best yet, I know I won't have to be looking for a new car again in 2 years like I would if I found something on Craigslist. All the steps of financing were explained by Matt H and he was happy to field all the questions I had.
