Mr. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and discussed options over the phone without the usual sales pitch to "come in and we can discuss it". Mr. Lee was able to meet my needs without coming into the dealership. When I finally met Mr. Lee in person, everything was all set-up and ready to go.
