Ultimately we saved time by a manager (forgot his name) quickly showing us a nearby competitor dealer and what they had to offer. In the finance office, Matt Hull surprised us by getting a lower interest rate than we had been shown on the floor. He explained the process concisely and took the pain out of signing various sales documents. Another cool thing was finding food for customers in the service area. We had a sandwich and coffee while waiting. Younger staff and management obviously understand that the customers deserve respect and that is how they build loyalty and repeat business. More
